Had a great experience with FTS

Had a great experience with FTS, Jade was the person I dealt with and I have no complaints whatsoever. They got me into a job, for which I have now taken on a contract and become a permanent full-time staff member. I would definitely recommend FTS as an employment agency, if I ever needed another job I would definitely get back in touch with them. A big thank you from me to FTS and specifically to Jade.

I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Kate at FTS Recruitment. I was offered a job based on the representation that the pay was £18.80 net (take-home), but it later became clear that this figure was before tax, meaning the actual take-home pay was significantly lower than stated. This was extremely misleading and a waste of my time.

At the start, I was told that I could reach them 24/7 for any queries, yet when I needed clarification about pay, calls were not answered and messages were ignored. The lack of communication and transparency was frustrating and unprofessional.

There also appears to be poor coordination, with employment matters seemingly handled by the same individual, which may explain the ongoing communication issues. Overall, this experience cost me both time and money, and I believe there are far better agencies available that treat workers with honesty and respect.

I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

All advertised pay rates, for any job, would be advertised at pre-tax pay rates. It would be impossible for us to tell you what you take home as we are unaware of your tax situation, and tax deductions on your wage are not something we are responsible for, this is managed by the HMRC.

Therefore, a job advertised at £18.80 per hour would always be pre-tax. We process your hours at the gross rate, and then tax is deducted based on the figure that you earn and the tax bracket you are in, hence it is not possible ever for us to guarantee you what you will take home; it is unique to your work situation, how much you earn and external incomes that dictate your tax code.

It is very sad to see that you have posted reviews wherever possible based on this misunderstanding, but hopefully the above explanation will help.

You also noted that we were uncontactable, however it was yourself that did not come to work on a pre-booked shift on 05.01.2026 and provided no communication as to why at the time.

Nonetheless, you are very welcome to come to our offices to discuss, please contact us between 08:00-17:00 on 0208 507 2020 if you wish to arrange and talk this through to resolve.

I allowed them to assign me a wallet address in Coinbase for the big lie …… refunding my lost money but their only intention was to have me direct deposit my funds into the wallet address they had given me!!!! Then take the money never to be heard from again Dean Seigle a suppose lawyer fake fake fake
Their initial trust pilot rating was 3.6 not great but despite the rating tried them in less than a week and further investigation the rating was down to 2.9 I think it is even worse now
