Avoid seller at all cost sent wrong item and refused to exchange for correct item also banked all my emails not worth the hastle

On the website it states orders delivered next day, well thats a lie for a starters. I phoned the company up and she stated that, that only applies if ordered before midday, but hold on that does not state that on the website. But anyway, Im still waiting for my parcel to arrive, I dont think I will be ordering from HERE again, and I suggest you dont do the same. All I have to say is AVOID AVOID AVOID.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!Absolutely shocking service- zero communication , zero delivery ( and zero attempted - yes i have cctv ! ) and now having to go through paypal for a refund. I strongly suggest anyone avoid this company and buy from another more reliable and trustworthy outlet. Dishonest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I'd read the other reviews before I placed an order! I'd previously had good service from this company, twice in the last 6 years. This time was very different. I ordered several cans of Crystic Roof Repair on 20 May. I was surprised when a large 20kg can arrived several days later via courier. I didn't open it then. The very next day the same courier turned up with an identical large 20kg can. I thought I'd let it pass until I started finishing the roofing job at the weekend, as I was uncertain whether one can would be sufficient. On Sunday 25 May I was on the flat roof with a helper and we ran out of the stuff we were using. We decided to open one of the large cans which had arrived a few days before. We wrestled it onto the roof and proceeded to open it. Very difficult, which should have been a warning. When we finally chiselled off the lid we were shocked to find that the contents were unusable. The spirit used to mix the material had all evaporated over the last FIVE YEARS. It was only at that point that we read the label on the can - 2020!! We didn't bother opening the other can which had arrived, as that is also dated 2020 and will be useless. This was a complete waste of time and money. I'd advise NOT using this company. It hasn't responded to my complaints or emails and I can see that it won't bother. A great shame that this business has become so inept.

Just keep scrolling past this company …instead head to epoxy ltd who actually care about customers and offer good advice .

This company are cheap for a reason. You get what you pay . Buy cheap , buy twice . You’ve been warned

Avoid at all cost, dishonest seller they were meant to deliver to me nearly 2 months ago yodel messed up the delivery they can't be even bothered to chase up the courier on 7 separate occasions Paul the so called director promised to sort this out and get back to me not once did he bother, absolute human trash.

The attitude of these people is astonishing. Rude, aggressive, blame game. Zero customer care. Shop somewhere because two weeks to get a delivery when your paying roofers by the hour. These people will leave you without materials and cost you customers.
