While delivery are arranged by FS.COM, but I am being asked to deal with FedEx myself to get thing sorted out.

Fs is the best provider for everything cable related products!

I’ve been using them for custom fiber cable and you won’t be able to find any one else in the market that can provide :
- price/quality product
- personalized produced
- great followup
- great customer service (not support only, but ensuring that the product ordered fit and works).

For someone living in switzerland, the price is just a no-brainer (without quality issue).

After adding items to the basket proceeding to the checkout then signing up as a new customer, I tried Personal and Business however, I got stuck there and wasn't able to create an account. Contacted customer service +44 (0) 121 726 4775 no one available.

While I had received part of my order for transceivers, I had to wait a very long time for the cable to arrive. A cable that will not be used now as I went to one of your competitors and got two days later, and installed already.

April Huang made contact with me and followed my order all the way through, personally ensuring that it made a deadline for me. Truely excellent customer service. Thanks April.

Terrible service never again

I had a terrible experience with FS.com. I placed an order and was charged, but they never shipped it. I contacted their support team FOUR times, and each time I got no resolution or clear answers. The lack of communication and accountability was beyond frustrating. After wasting so much time, I had no choice but to cancel the order.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will think twice before ordering from FS.com again. If you value your time and money, I’d recommend being cautious with this company.

Took more than two weeks to deliver something that was supposedly in stock (UK), instead they had to be shipped from outside UK to the branch here first.

J'ai passé commande d'un switch en stock disponible, sur le site de FS.com pour tester ce nouveaux fournisseur pourquoi pas? ils écrivent commandez avant 16h l'expédition part le jour même cela n'est que du mensonge, neuf jours que la commande est passé est toujours pas expédition et de livraison, site FS.com à éviter en plus ce n'est pas la marque la plus vendu et connue sur le marché tout est basé en chine et le stock un peu partout dans le monde, une erreur de ma part quelle gâchis ce site FS.COM. Une grosse arnaque et en plus le service Chat en ligne est très très désagréable et médiocre, à la limite que le client est fautif de leur travail. Fuyez !!!!!. alors je reviens à mes fidèles marque Netgear eux ils ont un service en France et en français et des produits fiables, surtout une expédition de colis en moins de quatre jours.
