Excellent

Excellent, les prix sont plus que correct au niveau des câbles et modules fibre, cependant dès fois les commandes prennent un certain temps à être expédié même avec le mention urgente, ce qui peut être embêtant quand cela est une réel urgence et pas d'uniquement d'une envie pressente d'ouvrir son beau colis remplis de câble !

Ich würde noch nicht einmal einen Stern vergeben....
Bestellt habe ich über amazon Lindt Hennen. Beworben mit dem Text "Lindt Deko-Edition Handbemalt, Hennen in 3 verschiedenen Mustern" . Abgebildet waren tatsächlich 3 (!) Hennen. Als Preis wurde 5,94 Euro aufgerufen. Da ich den Preis einer Henne im Lindtladen kenne- er beträgt 1,89 Euro pro Stück-, habe ich das Set zweimal bestellt. Geliefert hat mir FS Onlinehandel allen Ernstes nur zwei Hennen, die jeweils mit 1,89 Euro ausgezeichnet sind. Und dieser Händler verlangt allen Ernstes 11,88 Euro für zwei Hennen, für die ich im Lindtladen nur 3,78 Euro gezahlt hätte. Ich fühle mich durch die Abbildung von drei Hennen vollkommen in die Irre geführt und betrogen. Die zwei Hennen zum Wucherpreis kann ich an diesen Händler nicht zurückgeben, um mein Geld zurück zu verlangen, da er eine Rücknahme ablehnt. Würde ich so meine Praxis führen, säße ich bereits im Gefängnis. Also VORSICHT bei diesem Händler! Ich werde mich zusätzlich bei Lindt beschweren. So etwas kann man nicht unkommentiert lassen!

FS.COM ships very quickly, usually has everything in stock at a local warehouse. Incredible experience, have purchased from them several times over the past years and will continue to do so as they are a supplier of premier quality parts and cabling with quick turn around.

Exceptional Quality and Shipping

This company knows their product well and gets the product delivered to you in an efficient and timely manner. All product arrives quickly and usually within the time frame given if not before then, and arrives safely in perfect condition. Their sales specialist Fancy Zhou is quick to respond to inquiries and is exceptional in every way! I highly recommend FS.com for all fiber cabling needs!

One of the best support I can think of.

I'm a return customer and once again, they went above and beyond what I would have expecting.
This time, there was a problem with FedEx 'loosing' two of the six boxes of my order.
I worked with my customer representative and they shipped new boxes without waiting for the claim to be resolved by FedEx.
What is also very commendable is their continuous open communication. I was kept updated on the whole process on a daily basis.

The expert advise

The expert advised received with speed and friendliness.
My only issue was after finishing the chat, the chat box kept appearing in the way of the cart to pay for the items I was trying to purchase. The advice was great and correct as the SFPs worked without any issues.

Always a good choice.

I've made it a habit to purchase from those that provide a good product as well as good advice and service. FS does both. Harper my sales contact has always been a top notch agent for me - for a number of years now, very kind and very knowledged. Thanks again.

Manque de clarté dans la livraison par…

Manque de clarté dans la livraison par DHL (chez un particulier !) lors de la commande. Personne n'ayant même pas de sonnette à l'immeuble (enfin je n'en ai pas vu !). Livraison finale effectuée dans casier libre service, bien, rien à redire.
