My order was incorrectly filled by the Supplier. Fruugo handled the complaint well and offered a 10% refund. Lucy at Fruugo changed this to 100% even though I had accepted the 10%.

Excellent service for faulty item
Bought an item via Fruugo that was counterfeit - a cheaper Chinese rip off of a quality digital item. I contacted Fruugo and once I provided photos they immediately gave a full refund and said they would investigate the retailer. Excellent customer service.

I am requesting a FULL refund, including postage please.
What I've received is NOTHING like was advertised.
The materials included are not even close to the advertised colours.
Even using the materials provide would produce an item so tiny it would be considered a doll house miniature.
Nowhere near the advertised size.
No pattern, measurements or template supplied.
The instructions are not complete and refer to the non-existent pattern.
I have photos of all three purchases.
I included a samsung galaxy A36 phone for size reference plus a tape measure.
All three patchwork kits are blatantly falsely advertised.
