Beware high cost returns to China!

Oh how I wish I had read reviews here before purchasing!! Bought £29.99 boots… they are ok but way too small and nowhere near the advertised size. Requested return, only to realise I have to send the back to China! 😳 Which is going to cost circa £20! So obviously I’m not going to bother and the boots will go to charity. Be very very cautious about buying from this website. If it looks too good to be true it probably is!

Fruggo - rubbish company don't use them!!

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes which were not suitable for me as I have an orthotic. Returning was appalling, the website is useless and so is there customer service. Wouldn't touch them again nor would I recommend them in fact I would say 'don't go anywhere near them'. Extremely poor customer service and the set up of the website is difficult for the customer!

Don't use Fruggo!!!

Please do not buy from the this site!! I finally got my item very late . I ordered beginning of Nov and git it 23 rd Dec ,passed my son birthday!
Then I was ill, so haven't had time to return it ,plus I think if I do I wouldn't get a refund anyway
I wasn't aware this was coming from China , if I did I wouldn't have ordered it.
Very poor customer service they don't speak good clear English and aren't bothered about giving the money back to you. Plus the item is very poor quality a really bad replucar!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

Scam beware

No item received nor does it even show dispatched. I’ve been contacting them several times but no reply and their online help is non existent and they do not provide a number to call.
Avoid using this company at all costs
