Did not work as advertised. The company on the website offers a 100% money by guarantee which they do not honor.
I contacted customer support requesting a full refund and this is the reply I got from one of their customer service reps

Our rules for the item return dictate that to be eligible for a refund, you must send the items back to us within 30 days after receiving them. The items have to be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging you received them in. In addition to that, the cost of returning the items will also have to be covered by you, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

To avoid all this trouble and extra expenses, we would be glad if you kept the items you received and, if you agree, we would issue an instant refund to you for 25% of the whole order value! If this option seems acceptable for you, please let us know and we'll do it right away.

If you're buying this expecting it to cool down a room, don't buy it, it does not. It works off of water and a fan, so you might as well just take a cub of ice and put it in front of a fan it will work better then their product.

Read mixed reviews prior to purchase and thought maybe it would help for 1 small room. NO chance of that. Totally a scam at almost 100.00 CND. Stay away from this product. It simply does not work.

Terrible customer service, they dont read your email at all, and sending just automatic general rwply for whatever you write them! Like an idiot I paid 20€ extra for priority shipping just to see it took them 9 days to pack it and dispatch. 3/7 ordered till today not here. I'm very afraid what crap will arrive if at all after reading experiences of other who had the "luck" and received it already. I see here that we all are on the same. They are scammers!

Wish I could give one star. Received the unit May 28. Did not open until July 19. Put water in it, went to turn on and noticed the button broken. Emailed the company right away and included a picture. Received a response with nothing but a description of the unit and how good it was. Responded back asking them to address my concerns. Got a response back that it was past 30 days. Responded back asking if there was any warranty. They Responded with they've extended the 30 day money back another 15 days(I don't know why if they can't help me). Didn't get to try the unit so I have no idea if it works or not but I would suspect it doesn't. Do lots of research before you buy. Stay away from frostyfuse.

Buyer beware I wish I could tell you folks weather or not the units work well but seeing as I ordered them 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived when they told me they would be here in 8 to 10 business days and they do nothing but give you the runaround when you call to complain then when I went on line today to get the phone number again I see the units are now being sold for $200 for 5 when they charged me $350 for 4 I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered them

This company sent me an email confirming my purchase for 2 frosty fuse air coolers. I only ordered one. Then they billed my bank for both. I called them immediately. They said they would contact their shipping department and get back to me. Days later they called and said both units were in shipping already and the order could not be cancelled. They said they would ship it out soon and if i didnt like it i could use the 30 day return policy to get my money back. They also sent an email saying their shipping times are as listed below and i would get a tracking number. For the US it is max 12 days.
Their website shows good reviews. (Friends and family maybe?) 25 people left a review on trust pilot and all of them were 1 star.
You need to go read the reviews on trust pilot as they have reviews saying partial refund offered and more negatives like the product does not do what their ad claims.
i only ordered from them because i have an 83 year old friend whose house was running 95 degrees day and night. A/C techs were supposed to fix it but only came a couple of times.
they charged her above$100 and both times and it worked for 1 hour.
She has the A/C fixed now (after I ordered from frosty fuse) and does not need the 2 units they charged me for
Merchandise was never received and i still need my $186 refund. i agree with the review that said they are thieves. i do not want the units anymore i just want the refund.

Update July 2025:
As it turns out, it's not just an defective product - it's an intentional scam designed to make a quick buck. They KNEW their product was just a glorified fan without any ability to cool.
The reason I know this is because now there are countless copy-cats of the same scam. Same scammy product, different fake brand name. Google ads are crawling with these scams to the point where it's starting to affect my experience on the internet.

Rubbish! The claim of cooling the room in minutes and seeing the temperature fall by 10 degrees is all bluff and one big lie. In a normal sized bedroom there was NO EFFECT AT ALL!!! Liars and thieves!!!!

Scam scam scam. Do not buy.

This is a bait and switch operation. Upon discovering this fact, within 10 minutes, requested a cancelation of order. Response is that due to high volume of customer support, it is not possible to respond to my request and.............the order was laready processed and shipped! BEWARE!! This is a scam!

la mejora de esta empresa debe empezar por no engañar a los clientes, en mi caso solicité el 20 de junio un aire acondicionado para una habitación, a los treinta minutos ya me habian enviado la factura por TRES aparatos, por màs intentos que hice para que la recitificaran , me fue imposible, se podia anular el pedido una vez recibido, pero hasta la presente dia 8 no he recibido nada, estimo que es una estafa total.

I only ordered 1 but the company doubled the order. I called customer service right away and was told the order would be changed to 1 and PayPal would be credited.
This did not happen.
I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.

Total SCAM! do not buy this product. I didn't even complete my transaction, it appeared they had some kind of back door built in to the paypal button as it redirected me right away. My credit card received 3 separate charges, and even though their customer service appears to respond (likely AI) they will not refund my money. I have given them the opportunity to reverse the charges multiple times but all they'll do is offer a partial refund. Now I am disputing with my CC provider.

non credevo molto a quelloche dicevano ma volevo provare ad acquistarne uno che costava 57€. Al momento di pagare sono stata indirizzata ad un altra pagina dove invitavano ad acquistare altri articoli. Sono uscita dalla pagina senza confermare nulla, ma mi sono ritrovata con un addebito di130,33 €. Oltretutto non mi hanno fatto compilare i miei dati e il mio indirizzo. A chi avrebbero spedito? Il sito è segnalato come pishing. State alla larga e fate attenzione ai siti truffa

Avoid at all costs...it is summer and they try to sell you something that is not worth 5 Euros...all the announcements in this commercial are completely made up and total lies. For that money, buy yourself some ice cream...it will cool you down better than this crap.

I just got robbed!! It is all false. It does not cool as an air conditioner nor does it cool the room. Water evaporates in half hour. Air stays hot. Paid $100 for 2 fans. This is false propaganda. It should be sued for false information. YouTube constantly announces it. It’s everywhere. At this rate they would rip off millions of dollars. Why hasn’t the government detain it. It is ripping people off. I want my money back!!!!
