Legal reference book and novice author combine with professional project manager for superior results
Sarah Wilson was my project manager on the book, a legal and educational reference book. She was professional, patient, kind and responsive every step of the way. She had a good knowledge of the process and options and was able to get the team involved for unusual circumstances when they came up. As a first time author, trying to combine a number of different subjects, and organize the structure of the book in an action oriented story she was able to work with a variety of changes, substitutions and alternatives as necessary to get it completed. In the end, I think we ended up re-writing the book a number of times instead of just going with the one original, and I am quite sure I literally could not have completed the project without her. Her level of knowledge, timely responses and patience throughout was exemplary.

Do not hire this company
Do not hire this company. I paid $1,000 for them to publish my book. I sent them the manuscript in a Word document, and they could not format the document. They sent me revisions for almost 2 months with error after error. I had to point out the errors that they missed. They finally refunded me $600 because they were unable to format a Word document. Did you get that? A "Premier" publishing company that could not format a Word document... NOT premier! Incompetent!
