Cheap prices, genuine product
I ordered perfume from FRMODA. The price was a pleasant surprise — much cheaper than anywhere else, and the product arrived genuine. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but no big deal, I waited and got it. Everything is original, packaging in perfect condition. Overall satisfied, worth buying if you're not in a rush.

I rejected end on Jul,Frmoda signed the parcel but this is Mid Nov, after constant following up, I gave up. Lost nearly £200. I might just keep it. This ridiculous way of treating customer cannot last business long. I know other discounted website does free EU returns with smooth custom clearance. This merchant doesn’t have the attitude nor ability

Assistenza clienti totalmente inesistente, al telefono da loro indicato non rispondono mai e alle tante email inviate per un rimborso, ugualmente, nessuna risposta. Ho dovuto affidarmi ad un legale che tramite PEC si è riusciti ad avere risposta ed immediato legittimo rimborso.

4 weeks I was patiently waiting my…
4 weeks I was patiently waiting my order, after that I've decided to write email to customer service, week later I wrote again, so 6 weeks, I didn't receive my order, no dispatch confirmation, no any replies from Cs. Had to open PayPal dispute. Thats my luck that I've paid by PayPal, not a card, so was easy to solve it and receive money back. CANT RECOMMEND this company, definitely my first and last time using them.

No me enviaron producto ni me informaron sobre las problemas. Mi dinero 217.00€ esta con ellos y llevamos más de 10 días esperando para mi pedido #39000008403 pero todavía no devolución ni el producto recibido.
Me parece una estafa.

Disappointed to say politely
After 16days in transit ive finally received my order with only a half of it! £60 loss! Scammers!
At the very moment their website is shut. No response from their customer service either. Id never imagine that such a reputable company treats its customers like this. Never again!
