Friendlywater Arvostelua

Our old water softener had packed in and being 25 years old it had lasted well. Time for a new one - and Friendly Water were superb when booking the visit and attending to deliver a straightforward easy to understand quote. No hard sell - just a no nonsense purchase. The installation was so smooth and the new unit is much more efficient. We don’t miss the hard water!
Many thanks Friendly Water
North London house owner.

After 18 years use our old softener stopped functioning. Friendly water came out to review the site and recommend a softener that would provide a high water flow for a large house with pressurised water system. Installation was done well and the system has performed excellently. They were a great example of an expert giving objective advice and then doing what they said they would

Excellent service

I asked your guy to separate the two houses supply. He couldn't understand or he didn't want to understand. He showed his frustration which I was scared that either he will hit me or walkaway. I just left and now if there was a leak on my side, the main has to close, stopping supply on both sides, which defeats the purpose. Yes he has made sure that soft water is only for my side if the house. Not happy at all. Don't remember the date of installation. Just guessed it

Absolutely fabulous customer service, knowledgeable and very experienced.

From the owners down to the receptionist and Sales team as well as the fitters just superb.

Friendly water have completely encompassed the name into their staff and level of service.
We moved our business from Kinetico to friendly water and it was the best solution for all our plumbing and water softener needs.
Fast, efficient and most definitely friendly service by far compared to Kinetico.
Would recommend them highly.

Great pre-sales service from Karl - really valued the time he spent with us to assess our needs and recommend the best solution. From then, getting the softener installed inside 3 weeks was great and you did a wonderful install - clean, tidy, swift, and keeping us well informed.

Arrived on time. Did the job as agreed. Explained things to us. All good. Very friendly team.

They did exactly what they said in the tin. Appointment made for quote and they turned up on time. They came on the installation date as agreed and on time. They fitted the filters and left the place clean. I know this is highly unusual but it did actually happen! Highly recommend

They came to the house for the quotation and explained everything that had to be done. Really detailed explanations. The installation was professional and the plumber was friendly giving me the time to decide on small details. We had water softener, water filter and new tap installed, really happy with the new water system.

From start to finish professional service. The engineer who installed water softener and water purifier did an excellent job, and cleaned thoroughly post works.

Clear advice and pricing. Good service from initial contact through to installation.
Tidy work and no surprises in work done or pricing.
Would absolutely recommend.

FriendlyWater did a fantastic job installing our water softener. The team was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything. Installation was smooth, and we’ve already noticed a big improvement in water quality. Highly recommend!

Peter Hines conducted a full survey of our fresh water arrangements and came up with a comprehensive solution to provide softened water to the house, whilst having potable water, through a reverse osmosis plant, at our sink, plus a new tap. It was rather more complicated than usual. We discussed the work required, the cost, and agreed a date for installation. This was all noted down in long hand and signed. Two weeks ago, Jim, a very experienced plumber, came and fitted the system in a day and all has been working perfectly since. Friendly Water are true professionals and a trustworthy, reliable company. Highly recommended.

The team at friendly water have an in-depth knowledge of the different types of water softeners on the market and can give good solid advice about what might suit a particular customer. The ordering and installation process all went smoothly and I’m now enjoying much soft water after my old machine was replaced by the one recommended by friendly Water.

A totally professional softener and water filter installation.
Excellent workmanship and attention to detail in a small bungalow environment. No hesitation in recommending Friendly Water.

From the initial visit to review the requirements and advise on best options to the communications and final installation work was thorough, helpful and very efficient. Very clean and tidy finish! Would recommend Friendly Water highly.

Good professional advice from Carl on initial visit, then smooth installation by Jimmy of Hague Maximiser 410 to replace our 15-year old water softener. We now have strong and consistent water flow, in all a vast improvement. Friendly Water is a well-established and reliable company, highly recommended.

Friendly Water provided an excellent, complete service. From design, installation, commissioning and after care. All the staff are friendly and professional. Great Value. Thank you

I had previously been told by a plumber that it may not be possible to install a water softener in my house, but when Friendly Water arrived, they did a thorough check of everything and explained how it would be possible. They then installed the system within half a day.

Good installation of new water softener
