Fasching Haus is brilliantly located and could be an amazing property. Sadly, it is very tired and needs upgrading. The carpets are badly worn, the beds are uncomfortable, the heating controls didn’t work, the hot tub was under repair, the gym is a grimy hovel, etc. It needs an upgrade and investment.
