Unit could use some an entry light, TLC & cleaning.

Very dated but comfortable
Great value and location
Strange layout with the bedrooms downstairs and one bath with a shower upstairs. Great location if you want to ski Ajax, short walk. Older property, showing its age.
Great location, and an end unit! Slightly outdated interior but well worth it for the price we paid and location of the townhome. Easy to find, check-in/out, and easy to park (1 dedicated spot in the alley). Only feedback for Frias is this unit would constantly stay at or above 72+ degrees inside, even when we turned down the thermostats. We just cracked the windows but it was a bit toasty inside.
Perfect condo and location for a weekend in Aspen!
