Freya Treasures Arvostelua

Package never arrived. The dont answer my emails. Stay away from them

I placed my order on May 3rd and my order hasn’t even shipped or been processed yet. I have a feeling they’re complete scammers because right after I placed my order, I was hacked. My wifi password got changed. I needed to get a whole new router and modem with a new Wi-Fi account name and password.

Charged me twice for the same order! Freya Treasures charged me twice and now the company is not answering my emails. I have tried to contact their email addresses: both the contact email and the help email.
But NO answer or help!

I purchased a pair of earrings in mid February 2023 and i still haven't received them.
It is now May and still no sign of the earrings.
I have sent several emails requesting a refund and they refused. They have taken my money and no goods received. I deserve to receive what i paid for.
They kept asking to check if the address was correct which is was and still no product.
I have recently sent several emails and NO reply whatsoever.
Appalling service and no care.
I DONT NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING SOMETHING FROM THIS COMPANY NOT SAFE AND NOT TRUSTHWORTHY.

This is a horrible website have been waiting for my order since February they said it was coming and to resend my information to them so they could properly send me it because the shippers lost it and then now their email since bounce box saying that the email is no longer existing.... Do not order from these people

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I placed order in mid of February, we are at the end of April and still nothing! Thousands of back and forth emails reassuring me that they are trucking my order and nothing more!!!
Unbelievably unpleasant experience!
Go ahead and place an order if you want to lost your money!

They were begging to me to buy three pieces for free, i finely said ok, i place an order, they giot 37 dollars from my credit card, never got anything , no money no order and three months later email me saying that order got lost, and i have to reorder. Bunch of thieves. LADRONES

I liked these jewellery. It's stylish, useable, light. Its good for everyday and events.

Easy to order, beautiful pieces to choose from.

Worst delivery, experience and product I’ve ever ordered online! The delivery took over a month, which ok but it was still annoying as I had no updates or anything, the packaging was horrifying, dirty and crinkled envelope, inside just the necklaces that came in a plastic wrap, no invoice, not any kind of wrapping nothing! honestly same quality, looks and feels when you buy it from a market (todo cien, in Spain) shop on the street for 3€! Knowing the prices of the necklaces I was shocked they are even aloud to sell that online! This was a birthday present and I was so embarrassed when it arrived! The customer service never replied to emails or private messages on Instagram either. Just overall absurd! Don’t recommend whatsoever!

Good quality, good customer service.

It took a while for me to receive my order but good quality.

Avoid company at all costs!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Try to make out it’s a really good deal and great price for outstanding items. Couldn’t be more wrong, ridiculously overpriced for very average jewellery.
Customer service has been appalling.

Lied about the items they sent me as part of an offer, when questioned why I didn’t receive 3 of the items I was told I would they said they were just forgotten in order and would be resent. 4 weeks later these items still have not been despatched.

Avoid company at all costs!!!!

I have ordered many items for myself and as gifts and have loved them all. And the shipping is pretty fast.

In love with all the products i received. Would recommend 100%%%

Nice people.

I got a message about this company out if the blue and I am so glad that I did! The pieces I chose are really lovely and very nice quality. Pleased with my purchase.
