Hi Berga, we appreciate your feedback. We want you to enjoy your wonderful treasures as we intend them to be cherished. The shipping fee is there to ensure that the package is delivered efficiently and securely. This also allows for replacement should the package get lost in transit because of the small size of it. For any concern or inquiry, please send an email to our Customer Service Team at hello@freyatreasures.com. Stay shiny!

Continued use of bots to scam people
Freyatreasures uses BOTS to repeatedly harass and scam people into becoming ‘ambassadors’. Block one and another comes along not very long later.
They brand their jewellery as ‘ethical’ yet their use of bots to consistently berate people is anything but. Add into that they make money off promoting Zodiac signs (anyone who promotes Zodiac signs is a liar and a fraud - therefore, how ethical can they really be?).
Avoid Freyatreasures like the PLAGUE!

Worst Customer Service
I never received my shipment and when contacting Freya, they told me " I have to prove that the shipment is lost" and that "I need to contact the shipping company". I paid $50 for just shipping and got this weird response and no help at all. I contacted their shipping company too but never received any response for them too. Freya refuse to help me and their shipping company won't respond. It is a waste of money, time and the worst customer service ever.

Hi, Ginni! as previously mentioned. We're happy to send a replacement order at no extra cost in case the shipping address is correct and the package was not received. We only need a screenshot of the shipping claim from the courier of you informing them that you didn't receive the package, so they can start a review.

Dropshipping trash from China, don't fall for it
They make it look like they are a genuine jewelry store, but this trash comes straight from Aliexpress. Shipping label also say it's from China, so there's no denying it. My jewelry even had different branding on the packaging, or well not really packaging... plastic bag..
Even with 100% off via the ambassador program the 30 bucks for shipping is too expensive. This trash is worthless.
