Eu uso esse serviço de distribuição a mais de 1 ano já e eu posso dizer: é a melhor distribuidora gratis, a mais rapida sem golpes ou coisas por tras, totalmente limpa sem taxas e coisas do tipo. Recomendo você mandar sua musica com 2 semanas de antecipação, 2 semanas é o tempo maximo que eles tem para revisar, o sistema é de filas então entendo, aprecio muito o trabalho deles pois eles realmente não pegam nenhum dos royalties e ainda distribuem de graça para um monte de gente, isso é realmente incrivel. Eu recentemente(2026) tenho procurado outras distribuidoras para o meu amigo já que disse que ele não quer esperar 2 semanas e nenhuma distribuidora foi tão boa que nem FreshTunes em questão de confiabilidade e rapidez, tem algumas que dizem no maximo 3 dias e depois não distribuem ou simplismente te dão block do site por nada então recomendei FreshtTunes e agora está em moderação. Obrigado FreshTunes por existir.

I had a support ticket that i wrote over 2+ months ago, and they still haven't replied! Another incident is where i set my album release 1 month later, but it took like 1 and a half to moderate, and the release date was delayed. The support people is only one person! When i try to get a support ticket - all of the time only one person replies, its like only that person works there. And ridiculous cover art policy. If you only include half on the title on the cover ESPECIALLY if it was drawn on paper (like real paper, not digital) you cannot undo it, and just redo the whole cover art. FreshTunes is absurd. No one should use it ever!

The support on this platform is a total disaster. They block accounts and then ignore support tickets for nearly 2 months. No communication, no updates, just a total ignore. It’s impossible to get a human response even when all requirements are met. Highly unprofessional service, they simply hold people's time and money without any explanation. Avoid if you value your music!!

What went wrong this time? The platform permanently deleted my entire account, including all my uploaded music tracks, albums, playlists, and years of work — just because I didn't log in "regularly." No warning email, no grace period, no chance to recover anything. This policy is completely ridiculous and unfair, especially for independent artists or anyone who uses the service to store/host their creations rather than stream daily.
Losing irreplaceable personal music content over something as trivial as infrequent logins is unacceptable in 2025/2026. Many other platforms (even free ones) either archive inactive accounts, send multiple warnings, or allow easy reactivation without wiping everything. This feels punitive and shows a total disregard for users who trusted the service with their creative work.
Additionally, the interface and graphics look very outdated — the design feels stuck in the early 2010s, navigation is clunky, and a lot of information (artist stats, release dates, metadata, etc.) is consistently outdated or never updated properly. It makes the whole experience feel neglected.

I was genuinely excited about using this platform to share my music, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust. I won't be returning unless these core issues (especially account deletion for inactivity) are fixed. Very disappointing.

I uploaded my original music tracks to FreshTunes months ago. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my account. I sent multiple support emails and received zero response for over 10 days. No explanation, no help, nothing. My music is stuck on their platform and I cannot manage or remove it. This is unacceptable for a music distribution service. Artists trust you with their work and you disappear. I am now forced to move to DistroKid because FreshTunes is simply unreliable. Do not recommend.

Too slow! No communication about the status of moderation, no addressing or answering questions clearly and generally not concerned about the artists. Because if the song is okay, why is it not distributed? No response on email even after numerous attempts to get a clear status of the matter, the support at the is also unresponsive,the IG support s pushing for paid plan and doesn't answer any questions. They just reply with marketing paid plan. I just want to know the release status so that I can plan my Marketing and pr stuff but I'm kinda stunted.

è vergognoso, ho caricato il brano 3 settimane fa ed è ancora in moderazione. Tempi indecenti! Prenoti una data un mese prima e non viene rispettata. Servizio scadentissimo.

OK. Ok i used fresh tunes for almost a year. Had no problems but the support is so slow. I'm still waiting for the support like i needed to wait 1 month or 2. Also the distribution is slow. But when i bought the VIP its perfect. For 10 bucks unlimited artist etc its very worthy!. But like its in beta and Freshtunes has some bugs like i cant publish no more music cuz this error: Too many artist extended plan something like that. And i just used one artist and a composer nothing else. This a bug or something.

Always prompt with their service. No complaints

One of the very few free distributors, and so far i like everything about it. I had only 1 small issue with moderation that got easily solved. Definitely will continue using freshtunes.
