never got my order, its been almost 2 years bought on december 18 2024 order #7186

Placed order
Said it was delivered but never arrived
Have security footage that shows no delivery
They do not respond to emails

biggest scam ever, clothes are not 100%cotton,its actually poliester, size is trash i can barely fit an m size which they told on the site that is oversized and a part of the order came after 2 f#####g months not even the whole order

This has got to be the worst place to order I’ve been waiting for a order since December of 2025 and get no response from Anyone when you email them

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
Order placed almost 1 month ago and no order nor tracking information. when I email the company - No response! will never order again. will now have to dispute the fee with my bank in order to get a refund.

Timadores , no compren en esta tienda , son unos ladrones , si tienes dudas busca algún contacto, o correo o dirección y no verás nada , timo , robo , fraude

If i could give zero stars i would! My son bought a jumper from the sire, which arrived with holes in it, no tags and was really smelly. I contacted the company but haven’t hear back after 2 weeks. This is a dreadful company and i wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Rubbish goods, no customer service or follow up. Please don’t buy from here!

Haven't received my order for a month don't ever buy from this shop. Will delete this review if i get my stuff or money

Scam, scam, scam

I just deleted an earlier review I wrote as I thought we weren’t going to receive the product. However, we have now received it and it’s lovely! Thank you.

I paid the money, but the didn't even send me an order conformation! They didn't send me my clothes, they didn't reply to me asking how to track the order, they didn't say anything!

It's a SCAM!!! Didn't receive item! Didn't respond to any emails regarding my order! I will continue to pursue this issue, since he scammed my 14 year old son!

En primer lugar, decir q no soy ninguna trabajadora ni me pagan por escribir esto. Pedí un knitwear (un jersey de punto) y después de realizar la compra vi estas reseñas. Entonces pensé que me habrían estafado, ya que enviaron un código pero no informan sobre el trayecto del paquete. Después vi que en la página pone "track your order" (saber dónde está tu paquete) y me tranquilicé. En otras páginas ya he leído muy malas opiniones, así que estoy muuuy satisfecha de ver que no me ha pasado todo eso. No descarto que pueda haber errores en algunos pedidos, ya que solamente he comprado una vez.

This company is a SCAM!!! I didn't receive what I ordered. I emailed them, they asked for my order number and I never heard from them again until I threatened to BLAST them on social media. Had to dispute the charge and got my money back. NEVER AGAIN!!! Count your days FRESHOODEI!!!

never received an order. this website is a scam. had to dispute my money. gave me a order/tracking number with only 4 numbers they don’t even have a contact number
