REFUSED REFUND
Ordered a sweatshirt by mistake and emailed seller 10 minutes later to cancel, seller said it had already been sent (ON A BANK HOLIDAY) AND REFUSED TO CANCEL AND REFUND MY MONEY.
I HAVE ALL HIS EMSILS REFUSING A REFUNG, CONTACT ME FOR COPIES OF THESE.
IVE HAD TO GO TO COUNTY COURT TO ISSUE A SUMMONS ON THE INDIVIDUAL WHO RUNS THE COMPANY.

We are disappointed to see this review, and that you are leaving us multiple negative reviews for 1 order, with this review being 6 months after you ordered.
You had stated in your reviews that the issue was due to a payment mistake on your behalf, and we have tried our best to resolve this for you, but you insisted on numerous occasions that you were taking us to court.
You since received the item, and decided to keep it, after we offered a return and refund on multiple occasions.
From our point of view, it seems that you are set on causing our small family run business problems and try to ruin our reputation, but the significant amount of positive reviews attest to our great service that we offer.
We have tried to contact you via the details you provided at our request, but you have given false details, and have blocked all our contact made through your order details.

What a delightful experience with Freshmans Archive! A little wary of sending off my treasured Burberry, the process was clear with a step-by-step instuction of their process.
After completing the online forms and submitting photographs of my Burberry, I was quoted a price, pending authentication of the garment. I nervously mailed my Burberry parcel last Friday and I just received the quoted price!
I’m so happy as the Customer Support Team at Freshmans Archive stayed in contact with me. As soon as they received my parcel, I got an immediate confirmation. This evening I received message confirmation that the payment “it will be in your bank in about an hour…” and it was!!!
Freshmans Archive has given me confidence again. Thank you so much.

Really helpful in letting me know that they had received the parcel when it had not initially been delivered. Excellent communication. Reduced offer for one item but their reasons were fair and I had no complaint about it. I would use again.
