Still not arrived. I ordered these 1st December. No email. No response to requests for information. Unbelievable.

Oh dear.
Like many reviews have said, I wish I had read them before ordering.
Placed order on 5/12 for Christmas gifts and am now gutted to read reviews and resigned myself to not going to receive them.

There are several 5 star reviews that are clearly not genuine. Including one stating ‘People need to get a life and stop ruining businesses just because they’re bored!’.

Ordered 5th December and still nothing.
They had been stuck ‘in production’ so we sent an email, to which they did reply, with reassurance they would arrive for Christmas.
The items then jumped into having been dispatched - although Royal Mail only shows the label as being created, and not actually sent.
I doubt they will arrive for Christmas sadly. A brilliant idea but I wish we had read the reviews before purchasing, especially for Christmas presents!

I ordered from this company on the 3rd of December and I am still waiting for my items to arrive. Given we are now on the 22nd of December I doubt they will arrive in time for the person I ordered them for. I have emailed and heard nothing back, couldn’t used the live chat option linked on their website “currently unavailable”

I have to give them 14 days to communicate back, as advised by my bank, but after this time I will be raising this as a scam/fraud to pull back my money. Please please don’t buy from this company

Ordered on 4th December, still hasn’t updated to say it’s even been made. Ordered for Christmas so extremely annoyed it won’t be here in time. Sent an email but no response.

Placed order 1 December. Finally arrived today - 20 December - someone else’s order! One job and they can’t get that right. Christmas presents now non-existent. Rubbish company.

Delivery date has been and gone, tracking has never been updated, I’ve sent 5 emails with no response at all, no apologies or information on when the items may arrive, total silence,
I’m not in a desperate hurry for the items but I would like to know what is happening and if they will arrive, can’t understand why they would not give me update.
I’ve contacted my card provider to claim for a refund.
I’m assuming it’s a scam website.

2nd order which I did about a day after the first one is still in production
No response to message sent via chat. The chat is continuously off-line… Beginning to feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money here

Ordered around 11 days ago and still had no update from them. Doubtful they will arrive for christmas. Avoid this company EDIT: After stressing about them not arriving and having no real communication about an ETA, i finally have a royal mail tracking link saying they will be arriving christmas eve.

I have not heard a thing from them in over two weeks! I have tired to contact on Chat, email and Social media. No idea if I will get getting the product

I ordered 10 air fresheners at the beginning of December for my Search and Rescue Dog team. Like many others my order was ‘in production’ for ages. I decided to look on here and panicked after seeing the reviews giving up all hope of seeing my order!

Then a few days ago the status changed and they have arrived in time for Christmas and look absolutely fab! Thrilled with them 🥰

Paid £40 for 10 air fresheners,got 2,£20 for an air freshener,awaiting reply,do not touch these thieving cowboys with a barge pole

Update: Item came after Christmas - but impressed with product in the end.

Ordered on the 3rd of December. Still stuck 'In Design' - this is meant to be 9 days. Not hopefully they will arrive by Christmas.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and the status of my order hasn't changed. I keep receiving the same generic email response that my order is in 'production'. This is a Christmas present and I'm doubtful I will receive it by Christmas. I will now have to put in a dispute with my bank and order elsewhere in the hope it will arrive in time.

Do not use!!!! ordered well in advance for Christmas got wrong order and then was given the cold shoulder from the company no reply’s to any messages or emails it’s a complete scam

Same experience as N.B - Ordered 1st Dec, now 17th. Processing supposed to take up to 9 business days. Keep emailing them as status is still 'In Processing' but no reply.
UPDATE: Funnily enough, got email shortly after posting this that my order is on it's way!

Ordered a few as Christmas presents in the black Friday sale. They finally arrived this weekend but one is a picture of someone else that I didn't upload! They are not packaged as pictured and it doesn't indicate what smell was selected. The ones that are correct do look good but disappointed with the presentation for a gift. I've tried to contact them numerous times but not yet had a response. Their online chat is supposedly open weekdays 9-5 but just always says no-one available. Would think very hard before ordering of this company as there are better alternatives

I placed an order at the end of November (well before the 5th December Christmas deadline) and the status has not changed from ‘order confirmed’. I have sent messages just asking for confirmation that this order will arrive before Christmas and have not received any reply. I cannot work out if this is a scam or the company is just overwhelmed by the response to its social media campaign.

DO NOT buy from here! The company are a scam. My items were sent poorly packaged & faulty, I contacted to the company 8 days ago & still don’t have a response or resolution. The company is a scam!!
