SCAM COMPANY! THIEVES!!!!
If you’re wondering if this company is a scam site. It absolutely is, I’ve contacted them 3 times over a course of almost two weeks with only one response at the start once realizing something is up. They told me it’d ship Monday it is now Tuesday with no response.
These people hold no shame in stealing your money, look at all the other reviews. I wish I would’ve came to trust pilot sooner. I wanted to try this company after seeing advertisements but it looks like they’re just looking to steal as much money as possible until November when the hemp ban happens from the 2018 farm bill. I have received no response, it’s been going on 2 weeks since I had my label created, they lie about everything on their site, their refund policy, their shipping times, etc.
STAY AWAY FROM FRESHBROS THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE EVERYTHING YOURE WILLING TO GIVE UP!

I made a small purchase just to see if they were legit. I received a tracking number for the order that USPS says is invalid or fake. They are not responding to my emails not my calls. You be the judge if you're willing to go through what I'm experiencing right now.

My order was placed on May 6th, I got the tracking number on the 7th, I waited an entire week (I paid for shipping too) and they never even shipped it. USPS said "Label created, USPS awaiting item". I emailed them twice, and received no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and got my refund. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY! These people should be shut down.

We’re sorry. Creating a shipping label without handing the order to USPS, especially after you paid for shipping, did not meet the service you were promised. Failing to respond to your two emails made the situation worse and left you with no reasonable option other than disputing the charge.

Order Somewhere Else
Shipping label was created May 5th. It is now May 13th and USPS has STILL not received my package. I tried to email their customer support and was met with CRICKETS. No matter if I receive the package or HOPEFULLY get a refund I will never order from this company again.

First time ordering there products and I’m very disappointed in this company but yet they hold a 5 star rating at the bbb but they should be the worst rated there as well as here but the thing is I ordered my product and shipping label is created but no movement what so ever it’s been six days since I ordered and they have had plenty of time to ship the product out as well the time line was in due process of the Gide lines as posted on said companies website but yet they do not hold up there end of there bargain of there so called 5 star company you all should just change your name to late bros not fresh bros because time I get my product it will be so dry then a welfare puss😂😂😂😂

Been 7 business days, label was created but nothing has arrived at the post office. Contacted customer service yesterday they said it would ship out today still hasn’t shipped so if you want THCA shop somewhere else wish I would have read the reviews beforehand will be making a chargeback on my credit card as they say they will only give store credit if you didn’t send my $1000 order the first time then why the hell would you think I would want store credit I want my damn money back. We’re sorry. A shipping label remaining at “created” for ten days means the carrier has not confirmed receiving the package, and we should not have told you it had shipped without that confirmation. We understand why this damaged your trust.
Please respond to our private Trustpilot request with your order number. We will verify the shipment directly and provide your choice of a full refund or an expedited replacement at our expense. If you choose a replacement, we will send tracking only after the carrier has physically accepted it.
You should have received an honest update and a prompt resolution—not repeated excuses.

This is by far the worst company I've ever came across! They basically lied to me my order still in limbo still preparing label and it's been almost two weeks! First they tell me that it'll be on my doorstep by Tuesday or Wednesday now they're telling me that they're stock is low and then I'm going to have it shipped out soon they keep lying to me!
