I delivered 14 boxes of A313 cream to French Pharmacy based on an agreement with the owner, Jerome Salem, that payment would be made upon delivery.

The goods were successfully delivered over 40 days ago, but I have still not received any payment.

Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the payment has not been made and the issue remains unresolved.

After a significant delay, a claim was made that some boxes were damaged, but no issue was reported at the time of delivery or upon receipt. I also have photos showing the goods were properly packed and in good condition before shipment.

At this point, the payment is still outstanding and the matter remains unresolved.

wow. i have no words. so incredibly disappointed with this website. i thought i was buying genuine A313. instead i come to find out this website produces its own counterfeit version with PEANUT OIL (OF ALL THINGS, WHY PEANUT OIL?). i just got back from France. their version, of course, does not have peanut oil due to the myriad allergic and comedogenic concerns, and is much different in texture, color, and smell.

tldr; this website is a fraud and I am so incredibly disappointed. what a scam.

Thanks to Timothy I am grateful for receiving my order which almost got shipped to the wrong location.

SHOP somehow changed the shipping address to the billing address and because of Timothy - he was able to correct this mistake by SHOP and I received my order to the correct address in CA. Thank you, Timothy.

This company is a total scam. They sell counterfeit products (A313 most notably) that they produce themselves, then market them as being originals from France. Absolutely disgusting.

The discount code for Black Friday did not go through and Timothy was prompt in helping me refund 25% back to my credit card on two separate orders.

A SCAM of the highest order. Buyer stay far, far away. They are selling counterfeit and fake versions of the cult classic retinol, A313, that has been all over TikTok recently. French Pharmacy somehow bought the trademark to the brand name (probably through a lack of oversight on the part of the original formulator) and is now mass-producing and selling COUNTERFEIT, reformulated versions with PEANUT OIL. Not only should this website be shut down, the owner should be in prison.

STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Shame on you, French Pharmacy!

Never received digital gift card and have been back and forth woth customer service for months. After several months it told me it will escalate my issue to a human. Still have not gotten my money back or gift card.

So grateful for all the help and support with helping me re-order.

The response time contacting customer service was incredible. My issue was addressed and fixed very quickly.

Timothy was kind in assisting me with a purchase cancellation. The process took a while but Timothy kept me updated and responded to my inquiry each and every time. Thank you Timothy for the great customer service you provided.

I am very unsure whether these are actually genuine products. I ordered a tube of A313 — and at the same time bought a tube from a pharmacy in France. Both tubes are very different (even though the contents look the same).
The prints and the description of the ingredients are completely different — the product from French Pharmacy doesn’t even have an ingredient list at all. Nothing matches up!

In addition, the product from French Pharmacy didn’t even come with a package leaflet.

And of course, all of this at three times the price at French Pharmacy. From my point of view, this is outright fraud and I will be taking further steps.

I placed an order with French Pharmacy on 04/27 but had to file a claim when my order still had not arrived by 05/05. The customer service representative, Timothy, was very responsive and assisted with the filing of the claim and re-shipped the items ordered within 24-hours. Hopefully, I will receive this shipment without issue. However, Timothy deserves credit for the patient, courteous, and professional manner with which he handled my query. I will update my review if/when I receive the products ordered and have had a chance to use them.

Timothy is a great worker very customer oriented. I did not loose my $75 in the order I placed that I never received. Order 388779.

I order two products Dec 5/24 and now is January 22. I did not received my items. I send them email, couple times they told me I'll get my money back . still I did not get the money or the items. they don't even respond to my email or massages.i don't recommend them at all.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This “company” literally does not have customer service, it is a scam. I noticed it’s a fake company immediately -but not before pressing buy- and asked to cancel immediately. Never got a response never got anything. Disputing with my credit card. DO NOT ORDER or trust the fake/bought “reviews” here.

Timothy (French Pharmacy) followed up on my complaint. He was apologetic on behalf of the company and told me to follow up if the products weren’t delivered by a certain date.
I subsequent checked my email with the intent of following up with French Pharmacy to see that Timothy had proactively processed my refund as it was evident that my product was lost in transit purchase price.
