Nous avons contacté madame Letocart pour un bien sur la commune de Mons 34 il y a quelques jours
Personne très difficile à joindre , il a fallait de nombreuses relances pour avoir une visite de ce bien et seulement un jour avant la visite ( car je l'ai relance ) elle nous informe par SMS que le bien est vendu sans autres commentaires .
C'est démarche manque de serieux et d'honnêteté intellectuelle .Si elle avait déja un potentiel acquéreur elle aurait du nous avertir pour etre parfaitement transparente.
Ayant contacté d'autres agences sur cette région je peux vous dire qu'ils sont très réactifs même parfois un peu trop .

Buying made Easy !!
We were looking for a property in the area close to our friends. We also heard of the horror stories (mostly online) of Americans having difficulties finding and buying property in France. We found the right place and we found the right agent, Tuyen. She works with her husband, Vince. They both speak French and English. The transaction went smoothly and Tuyen worked overtime communicating with us in Los Angeles through the entire process. Tuyen and Vince offered advice and helped with translating so after the sale was complete with obtaining a bank account and utilities. WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS BY OURSELVES. Not only were they totally professional with the process, but they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for our start in France. They treated us like friands or family, not just a client. I can't give higher praise.

We had an excellent experience with Leggett Immobiliser when buying our French house this spring. Our Estate Agent, Tuyen Scherer gave exceptional service throughout the whole process. She was always open and honest, and went 'over an above' in terms of service in order to make everything go as smoothly as possible, often providing advice far beyond the usual in order to help us settle into our house (e.g. help with connecting to utility services). Any queries, or concerns we had were responded to almost immediately every time. It was great to have one person to deal with from the very first time we viewed the house, upto (and including!) the settling in period after picking up the keys. The legal team at Leggett were also really helpful...offering English translation of key documents and guidance throughout.
We are so glad that we chose to buy our house with Leggett - I'm not sure we could have done it without the additional support this company provides.

L agence s est déplacé chez moi pour une estimation. 10min sur place ,alors qu un concurrent est resté 2h. Je n ai jamais reçu l estimation. Agence de Saint Aignan 41.
Réponse: c est une maison de 150m2 rénovée+ 1 maison à rénover de 400m2 entièrement accessible+abri voiture sur 2hectares de bois. Je n'ai pas eu de questions sur l'isolation,tout a l égout,taxe foncière etc. 10 min pour le tout,ce n est pas sérieux. Pas besoin de votre estimation,j ai trouvé d autres agences bien plus sérieuses

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour et je suis sincèrement désolée pour votre expérience.
Après vérification en interne, il apparaît que la personne qui s’est déplacée pour l’estimation a bien visité la propriété mais est ensuite partie en congés. Malheureusement, l’estimation n’a pas été envoyée comme elle aurait dû l’être à son retour et il s’agit clairement d’un oubli de notre part. Nous vous présentons toutes nos excuses pour ce manque de suivi.
Concernant la durée de la visite, il est possible que celle-ci ait été relativement courte, mais la propriété visitée comportait essentiellement un bungalow de trois chambres avec une pièce de vie ouverte (salon/cuisine) et une salle d’eau, ainsi qu’un second bâtiment qui n’était pas entièrement accessible. Cela a pu expliquer que la visite soit plus rapide que ce que vous auriez pu attendre.
Nous comprenons néanmoins que cela ait pu vous surprendre et votre remarque a bien été prise en compte.
Si vous le souhaitez toujours, nous pouvons bien sûr vous transmettre une estimation du bien. N’hésitez pas à me le confirmer et nous veillerons à ce qu’elle vous soit envoyée dans les meilleurs délais.
Encore toutes nos excuses pour ce désagrément et merci d’avoir porté ce point à notre attention.

Friendly and Professional Service
Our agent (Adam Barry-Orr) was a real pleasure to work with. He was with us every step of the way from the initial valuation, visits, offer, CDV and ADV. His friendly and professional manner with both ourselves and prospective buyers was exemplary and he was always happy to go the extra mile to assist with any out of the ordinary challenges.
He was also flexible when needed to meet the needs of both ourselves as sellers and those of our purchasers. The guidance he provided was both useful and timely. Overall I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.
