Disappointing experience with cancellation and refund policy.I placed an order on a Sunday and cancelled it the very next day (well within the 14-day cooling-off period), before anything had even been shipped. The shop initially insisted on deducting a 3% "administration fee" (€13.28) from my refund, claiming it was for "return service" — despite no product being sent and no actual return needed.This feels unfair and not in line with standard EU consumer rights for distance purchases, where cancellations before dispatch should result in a full refund without extra charges. Only after pushing back did they eventually process it properly, but the initial attempt to charge an unnecessary fee left a bad taste.While their coffee and gear selection looks good, this refund experience makes me hesitant to order again. Customer-friendly policies matter, especially for a small specialty shop. Hope they improve this for future customers.
Pas geleden een deep dive gedaan naar hoe ik een goed bakje espresso kon zetten, ik las overal dat investeren in een goede koffiemaler een heel goed idee was. Toen kwam ik uit op de DF54. Ik zag dat de v2 niet zo lang geleden uitgekomen was maar had ik m nergens online in Nederland kunnen vinden, behalve bij FREKKO, die had 'm wel :D
Ze hadden ook nog een handgeschreven thank-you note erbij gevoegd met wat tips over de machine. Dat vond ik echt awesome!
Een mogelijk verbeterpuntje: Ik was een heel klein beetje teleurgesteld om erachter te komen dat DPD niet op zaterdag bezorgt (PostNL wel). Uiteindelijk was het niet zoooo erg maar toch.. haha.
