Alex Garcia did an excellent job explaining the loans available and negotiated on my behalf in order to get the monthly loan payments close to the payment that I wanted. He was very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. It was nice not be be bombarded with phone calls by him. He gave me time to think everything through and make my decision. I was very satisfied with him and would recommend him and Loan Depot to friends and family.

I have never heard of so many fees and ridiculous charges in my life $575. appraisal, $175. to expedite the appraisal, $200.00 to read it. Sad part is they ran my credit and then I found out about the fees!
