I have been so impressed with Alex when he visited recently to complete a repair on my hot tub. After the initial contact he responded swiftly and was able to make an appointment within a week. He is such a gentleman who can be relied on to give an honest and thorough review of the issues involved. I found his approach professional and reassuring and the quote given was reasonable. When repairing the hot tub he was thorough and gave me additional advice around future care. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and will be using him for annual services going forward.

Alex went completely above and beyond during his visit. From the moment he arrived it was clear he really knew his stuff — his knowledge of our specific hot tub model was incredibly impressive.

Not only did he diagnose and fix the issue quickly, he essentially brought the whole tub back to life. It genuinely feels like a brand new spa again.

What really stood out was the time he took to walk me through the correct way to manage the chemicals and maintain the tub properly. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel far less complicated than it had been before.

On top of that, he even came back to sort out a small follow-up issue without hesitation, which really shows the level of care and professionalism he brings to the job.

It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely committed to doing things properly. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Alex recently serviced our hot tub and provided an excellent lesson in how to maintain it. As a complete newbie to hot tubs I am extremely grateful for his patience and the generous time taken to make sure I completely understood how the various chemicals work.

Alex is extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem with our hotub. He has since also conducted a thorough service, including the pump and electrics. He took the time to carefully explain how to optimise the use of chemicals for the water, the frequency of monitoring and use of them, which no other company has ever taken the time to do.
