Purchased a folding knife

Purchased a folding knife. FKS offered a competitive deal on a knife I had been eyeing and ultimately pulled the trigger. Order has been fulfilled and is being shipped within 48 hours of ordering.

Charged but never shipped

The store charged my card, and then they never shipped the product. Now it's out of stock, but it showed as In Stock for weeks after I placed my order.

Great little knife shop!

I have now made four or five orders from Freedom Knife Shop and can highly recommend them. They previously had the absolute best pricing anywhere for top quality knives. The knife industry frowns on allowing vendors to sell at below a market rate defined by the manufacturer and they must have eventually discovered that FKS was undercutting others, so they were forced to switch to a closer to market rate pricing system, but they have an extremely generous point system with each purchase that can be applied to the next purchase for substantial discounts.

They do seem to be a small operation, and I have had a couple of orders where they forgot to send out updates on tracking information. Generally, by the time I was considering reaching out to find the tracking information, the package would arrive. This insignificant issue is really no issue at all.

Always great knives, brand new, and exactly as described. My only complaint is that my own knife addiction is costly, but that’s my fault. I probably do not need 20 Spyderco knives...
