I’ve had a couple issues with my scooter. I contact Freeboy notify them about my one year manufacture warranty bang taken care of any question I had I got the answer. They guide you through your process if you got a question or something like that I don’t know how to do something they send you a video how to do it. You got a question about when your parts gonna be there. They promptly give you the tracking number they’ve taken care of my every problem every time thank you free boy I’ve been recommending you to everybody and I will continue to do so.DONE RITE on TikTok look me up I’m also gonna post a review video on TikTok as soon as the park gets here. also, before I end this, I want everyone to know they understand when you’re trying to deal with an issue with warranty work. It could be very stressful at times. They have a very calm demeanor has been my experience. A Solid Scooter for the Price
I’ve ridden my Freeboy J11 Max electric scooter for around 670 km so far, and I’m very satisfied with it. I haven’t had any major problems, and the scooter feels robust and well-built. So far, everything works as it should.
The only issue I’ve noticed is with the electronics. The lights occasionally don’t work as they should, but it’s a minor issue and doesn’t bother me too much.
Overall, I’m very happy with the scooter, especially considering its relatively low price. It has performed well so far, and I hope it continues to do so.
EDIT: About 3 months it worked pretty good, except for the light problem. Now it’s just totally worthless. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE! It’s not worth the money, even though it’s pretty cheap. You’ll get a much, much better scooter for the same price.

Dear Customer, I'm really sorry for the trouble. It turns out the delivery failed because the phone number on file didn't match, so the package was returned to the carrier's warehouse. We've now provided them with your correct number, and they'll be reshipping the order from there.
Their warehouse needs a few business days to process this before it ships out again, and I'll send you the new tracking number as soon as it's available.

The i scooter is amazing in itself! It is well built, lots of lights, bells and whistles! It is extremely fast!!
We have yet to get past #2 speed setting.
