Compro spessi da freddy ma ultimamente noto molta discrepanza sulle misure.
Calzini taglio medio, sono risultati stralunghi.
Non posso fare reso perché li ho già aperti (errore mio). Ho scritto all assistenza e sto aspettando risposte da ieri

Poor quality, over priced!
Ive not had time a few months and there is a hole in them already. The dye is a nightmare aswell, no matter how much I wash it stains my finger nails

Ottimi prodotti, le tute sono molto belle e di qualità.
La consegna è stata veloce e perfetta.

Sono moltissimi anni che l’abbigliamento da palestra per me è solo Freddy. Da quando sono stati creati pantaloni Wr up tutto il mio abbigliamento casual è Freddy: non solo pantaloni, ma anche tute, felpe, magliette… Sono soddisfattissima!

J’ai commandé un legging de cette marque via le site de décathlon (legging qui coûtait plus d’une 50aine d’euro). A la réception l’article n’allait pas (énorme couture inconfortable au niveau de l’entrejambe). Je souhaite donc renvoyer l’article et c’est à ce moment que le sketch commence… Décathlon m’informe que les retours chez Freddy spa se font à domicile, c’est un choix imposé par la marque, même pour un legging…. J’ai donc dû poser une journée entière de travail car vous ne pouvait bien évidemment pas choisir l’horaire à la quelle va passer le livreur (entre 10h et 18h)… Je reste donc bloqué chez moi toute la journée pour que le transporteur m’informe à 17h qu’ils ne viendront pas car ils « viennent de recevoir la notification de retour à l’instant et que c’est trop tard » (transporteur tout aussi lamentable c’était GLS). Or, le créneau avait été réservé par décathlon 2 semaines auparavant. Je perds donc une journée de travail non rémunérée (ça fait très cher le legging sans compter que j’avais déjà payé des frais de livraison pour le recevoir). J’appelle décathlon pour les informer de mon mécontentement et leur expliquer qu’il est hors de question que je reperde la moindre journée pour un simple legging sans compter ce que toute cette histoire etait entrain de me revenir en terme de temps et d’argent. Décathlon comprend et envoie à plusieurs reprises des mails à la marque pour que nous puissions trouver un autre système de retour (j’étais prête à le déposer dans un point relais ou à la poste si les frais de retour était pris en charge). NON SEULEMENT FREDDY SPA A MIS 1 SEMAINE À RÉPONDRE À DÉCATHLON MAIS EN PLUS IL REFUSE QUE NOUS CONVENIONS D’UN AUTRE MOYEN DE LIVRAISON MALGRÉ CE QUE J’AI ÉCOPÉ!!!!!! C’est un scandale, aucun compromis de trouvé pour un legging qui m’a couté dans les 50€ sans compter les frais de livraison, ma journée de travail et le temps perdu. Toute cette histoire étalée sur plus d’un mois, en ayant le service client de décathlon 2/3x par semaine au téléphone et par mail. Je ne rachèterai plus jamais chez eux, c’est un scandale!! Marque à fuir !!!

I just have received the 2 pairs of leather pants i have ordered, so my review here will reflect my first impressions.

First the pants have been shipped and arrived quite fast within only few days which is good.

Secondly i am impressed by the quality and feeling of the material/surface. I bought it for my partner and what i can see is i am looking for her to wear them as i will be impatient to see her undress it.
These leather pants are perfect to provide sexy look without being too exuberant.

If can mention something that can be improved is that there are different websites depending countries. Some of the model may be available in some country and not available in your which may be sometimes frustrating if we want to buy a batch of different models. For example there is a latex version in Germany which is not available in France, and the german website does’nt allow order and shipment to France which is nowadays very supprising. Si Freddy if you extend your supply to these models and propose discount for quantity/group buy then i will repeat order.

After browsing the Freddy UK website, I received a text message from someone named Sophie claiming she noticed my activity on the site. I never provided my phone number or consented to be contacted, which is extremely concerning.

I have requested that my data be deleted and asked how my information was obtained, as this may breach the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Customers should be able to browse a website without unsolicited contact. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

Veloci nella consegna taglia perfetta ho preso un numero in più del mio

Attenzione ad indovinare bene la taglia e il colore altrimenti il reso non viene fatto,in quanto sono 15 giorni che aspetto che le poste vengano a ritirare il leggins e non vengono, anzi non se ne fregano proprio. Purtroppo non posso andare io in posta. Mi dispiace solo per il regalo fatto alla mia amica la quale si dovrà arrangiare. Non comprerò più purtroppo. Il mio ordine era il numero 270371. Quindi fate attenzione!!!

It was okay until they randomly started spamming my phone number 2 years after I purchased pants. I tried to unsubscribe and the link fails every time. I block them, I try all the tricks to get them to leave me alone, but they still just spam you. I officially hate them

Molto soddisfatta per la qualità della merce ,ben fatta e buona vestibilità Celerità e serietà nella consegna ,consiglio gli acquisti ,mi sono sempre trovata bene.

Premesso che fino a ora sono sempre stata contenta della mia esperienza con Freddy (motivo per cui ho messo due stelle e non una), questa volta sono delusissima della consegna fattami da Freddy Roma! Ho acquistato un pantalone e una felpa abbinati. Il pantalone è arrivato sporco in più punti e ho dovuto fare più di un lavaggio per togliere tutte le macchie. La felpa portava il cartellino S, ma era una evidente XXL (come riportato anche dall'etichetta interna). Fatto il reso, ho scoperto che la taglia S è esaurita. Rimarrò quindi con un pantalone senza felpa abbinata!
