I found about Franklo store via internet. They were really responsive via WhatsApp and have sent me all photos I requested and answered all my questions I had around Rigards modela and possibilities. I flew to Rome to try them and Max, the owner showed me most of his unique pieces and collection. He also showed me his custom models and a brand that he is starting. Overall, Max, his wife and Francesco are great team and most special niche sunglasses store I visited

Questo si che è un negozio di Ottica che si contraddistingue! Qualità, artigianalitá, design e esclusività sono le caratteristiche che regnano in questo negozio! Belli entrambi i negozi e staff super accogliente, disponibile e competente!

Ho recentemente avuto il piacere di visitare questo negozio che si trova nel cuore della città, e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza sorprendente. Offre una vasta selezione di occhiali unici e di alta qualità che sono veramente fuori dall'ordinario.
Appena varchi la soglia, l'atmosfera elegante e accogliente ti avvolge, e sei immediatamente colpito dalla cura e dall'attenzione ai dettagli che sono stati dedicati all'allestimento. Ogni paio di occhiali è esposto con cura, e sembra quasi che ognuno di essi abbia una storia da raccontare.
Ciò che rende davvero speciale questo negozio è la selezione di marchi provenienti da tutto il mondo. Ho avuto l'opportunità di provare occhiali realizzati da designer che non avevo mai sentito nominare prima, e sono rimasto impressionato dalla qualità artigianale e dall'originalità di ciascun pezzo.
Il personale del negozio è stato eccezionale nell'offrire un servizio personalizzato. Mi hanno guidato pazientemente nella scelta dei migliori occhiali che si adattassero al mio stile e alla mia forma del viso. La loro conoscenza e passione per gli occhiali erano evidenti e ho apprezzato molto il loro entusiasmo nel condividere informazioni sulle diverse marche e le loro caratteristiche distintive.
Inoltre, il negozio offre anche servizi di regolazione e riparazione, dimostrando un impegno costante per la soddisfazione del cliente a lungo termine.
Se sei un'appassionato di occhiali alla ricerca di pezzi unici e di alta qualità, non posso che consigliarti caldamente di visitare questo negozio. L'esperienza sarà indimenticabile e uscirai con un paio di occhiali che ti farà sentire veramente speciale.

Acquisto in questo negozio da anni oramai e non riesco più ad acquistare altri brand.L' unicità delle forme , i materiali di altissima qualità, la varietà dei pezzi e l'assistenza al cliente fanno davvero la differenza.Per non parlare della professionalita' e simpatia di Francesco e Max che mettono l' anima nel loro lavoro!!!! My last experience with franklo has been 1 year ago. It was not the only one, also other times i had the chance to buy these unique handmade products.
If each of us would feel somethig special in his face, franklo is definitely mandatory!

In the center of Rome, a real unique shop where you can find the most beautiful and exclusive eyeglasses in Italy. The professionality and kindness of Francesco that guides you in this amazing trip is a plus. Top top top!

Frank Lo carries a vast collection of really really cool eyewear, both Rx and sun, from relevant brands around the world. Some of them are rare finds. Prices are super competitive. Their customer service is attentive and really helpful. Delivery is speedy. Truly a great shopping experience. This is the second time that I bought from them. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a nice pair of specs to check them out.

I can’t say enough about how great this store is. I live in New York City where you can get anything at anytime, and still I have shopped here twice. The selection and prices are what drove me to their website, but their commitment to excellent customer service is what will make me return again and again. The staff is remarkably helpful, and they make you feel like you are their number one customer. I wish all businesses were run like this one.

I couldn’t find blue frankly frames anywhere in the United States. So what a special surprise to find them in Rome! Even with shipping, they cost less than they would have here. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.
