Franklins Removals LTD Arvostelua

Great Team Zak and Lee that did a good job and fine service

Brilliant experience delivering our furniture from UK to France. Thanks so much to Karl and Jamie on the day. Both very friendly, professional and careful with our belonging. They made a potential stressful day very easy and relaxed.

Thank you Paul and Daz - two great ambassadors for Franklins. My delivery arrived today in my new home here in Spain and even through they had been on the road for two days and I was their first stop, they could not have been more cheerful, professional and caring. If you choose Franklins then ask for these two guys - you won't be disappointed.

Great experience! Really friendly and professional! Can warmly recommend Zak and Lee!

Booked months ago to move us from UK to Spain collection 28th May. Recieved a phone call from them today (19th May) to say part of the shared load had cancelled and its not financially viable for them to deliver our goods on the agreed date. They will deliver as soon as possible but no set date. When pressed for a date they said beginning to mid July! Not sure what we are meant to sleep on etc until then! No empathy on the phone as to how stressed this news left us although they did say they would still collect and store our goods for free. And after asking if they still expected us to pay full price they offered to deduct £100. We have no idea what we are going to do and they just really wanted to refund our deposit to get rid of me. Moving abroad is stressful enough without this worry on top of everything. AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you have a back up plan

Issac and Jamie were brilliant, didn't stop. They also boxed what l hadn't been able to and was careful with the fragile things. l would give them 10 out of 10. Aiden and Keiron came to help with the unloading at the new address which helped a lot as we had a lot of boxes and they had to use the stairs, as the lift was narrow.

A great job from Jamie & Isaac at the Glasgow end and Zak & Lee in Copenhagen. Thank you.
If you’re embarking on the task of moving abroad I definitely recommend you get Franklins on the task.

Delivery to southern France. Carl and Jamie excellent. Good communication and very helpful.

Efficient and brilliant service from Isac and Kieran, we’ve used Franklins on several occasions and can’t fault their services.

We used Franklins to move our house contents from France to England. Bev and Emma were really helpful they organised all the paper work, and gave good advice when we contacted them for help. Lee and Michael collected our belongings and Kieran and Aiden delivered them to us a few days later. Perfect, all the items were returned nice and clean and no damage to anything. All the lads were very friendly and professional moving our belongings quickly without fuss. This is the second time we have used Franklins and we would definitely use them again if the need arose. Thank you for a trouble free move.

Absolutely fantastic experience start to finish. It's such a stress relocating from one country to another but Franklins were unbelievably helpful throughout the process. Big thanks to Bev for organising and then Issac and Jamie for all the help underloading. Super good on price too. Would definitely recommend!

10 out of 10 service from Lewis & Kieran today. They loaded the truck up very efficiently and they were respectful of all my belongings.

If I ever need to recommend a delivery company for home moves this would be the one! I’m sure I will use them again in the future.

Highly Recommended, friendly hardworking.

Couldn't be more delighted with the service by Franklin's Removals. Bev in the office was great, really helpful and quickly responded to my questions.
Jamie G and Isaac picked up my belongings swiftly and carefully. Lee and Daz met me at the delivery point and cheerfully unloaded everything super quick and carefully again. They helped review everything arrived and of course it had.Their price was one of the affordable quotes and definitely worth it for the service and delivery.

Very efficient and professional team.
Issac, Lewis, Paddy and Jamie took good care of my one bedroom move out in Canary Wharf.
Everything was very smooth, from packing , furniture carrying to loading.

Highly recommend

Franklin removals managed my move from Germany to London and from London back to Germany. Both experiences were great, especially the guys on site were always super friendly, solution orientated - the last two being Zak & Leigh, thank you :) on top of the service on site, the communication and process with back office, especially Bev, was super straight forward and reliable. The price is good as well, my furniture was taken care of very well; so overall: great experience for a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Aiden and Jamie arrived promptly and professionally.

Very efficient in the removal of my goods from my 3 bedroom house including outside furniture.

Issac and Jamie G came to pickup a prepacked partial move. They were excellent, polite and super efficient
Highly recommended service of theirs!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Pick in Norway was perfect and delivery in the UK today exemplary. Special mention for Lee and Mike in Norway, and Kieran and Aidan for delivery today.

Moving from France to the UK, excellent service from Mick and Lee. Super friendly, careful, efficient and organised. Top organisation from Bev in the office. Thanks guys.
