Försökte ta ut pengar men det var lite krångligt. Trots att man registrerar med bankid, så måste man bekräfta epost och telefon innan uttag. Detta krävs så klart inte före man sätter in pengar, eftersom det alltid ska vara enkelt att sätta in, men jobbigare att ta ut pengar. Right?

Kruxet är att för verifiera sin telefon så ska man skriva in ett 6-siffrigt nummer inom 50 sekunder. Det hade ju funkat om inte koden kom efter 60sekunder......

I have played at franks alot and its been good for the most part, it has a nice selection of slots and good live games, it has some ok fast payout to e-wallets anywhere from 1-12 hours so thats just fine as well.

Why 2 stars only then, well the support has been poor at best, they do have 24/7 chat support, but the people you get a hold on there has no power and can do pretty much nothing.

I have an issue where i won money on a evolution game, where i did not recive the win, i talked to evolution live support and they told me all information had been sendt to my casino about the problem and what happened.

So i tried franks casino support and they keep saying they have sendt it to the tech department and they can do nothing else and i just have to wait for them to look at it, and well i have been waiting 144 hours, or in other words 6 days, ive tried to ask support 3 times more and they feed me the line about tech department eveytime...

So if i ever get what they owe me who knows, one thing is for sure though either they dont have a tech department or they work very very slow, any money issue should be fixed as fast as possible in my world but franks couldent care less so it seems, ive talked to many others and everyone else has gotten the money they where owed except players from frankscasino.

You would think when evolution tells the casino what happend and what i should have recived, it should take 5 mins for the casino to fix it but thats just not the case, anyways thats the reason for 2 stars only.

And that is just not good enough.

The 3x wagering requirement is fairly standard across the industry. However, in every casino I have ever played at, the wagering requirement resets to zero once you've lost the deposit. At FrankCasino, the wagering requirements are carried forward indefinitely.

How does this impact players? To give an example, if you had a bad run, lets say 3 consecutive days losing 300 euro each day, your account is liable for 2700 wagering requirement (three times 900 euro) before being allowed to make a withdrawal. So on the fourth day, you log in, deposit a tenner, and win 500 euro... they will then tell you that you have to complete the 2700 wagering requirement from all the losses on the previous day (plus the additional 30 euro for the new deposit) before being allowed to withdraw. At every other casino I've played at, when you deposit the tenner on the fourth day, your wagering requirement would be thirty euro - wagering requirement for all previous deposits are removed from the account when the deposits are lost. Wagering requirements carrying forward over time on your account might mean you find yourself in a situation where you can't win at all due to vast wagering requirements accruing over extended periods of bad luck. Needless to say wagering isn't carried forward after you've made a withdrawal... it resets to zero then... so they only carry forward negatively on your account, never favorably... it should be a two-way street if things are being carried forward. It's like you're constantly playing with bonus money, despite not accepting bonuses.

They do allow you to withdraw if you haven't met wagering requirements but for a penalty of 10% of your winnings... another ridiculous policy that I haven't seen anywhere else... doesn't this enable people to launder money on this site... just pay a fee and the casino allows you to forego wagering requirements that are designed to prevent fraudulent activity... just saying.

Furthermore, play on jackpot games doesn't count towards any wagering requirements. What about those of us who only play Jackpot games? You'll never be able to make a withdrawal because you'll never accrue any of the wagering requirements (unless you're prepared to pay them 10% of your winnings). When you make a withdrawal, the money doesn't go from your in-play balance... it just stays there until they come along to process your withdrawal, making it ever more likely that you're going to lose it back.

I just find it all absolutely absurd. Most people don't read T&C's when signing up at a new casino, because we expect them to be largely standard and fairly consistent, but this policy of carrying forward wagering requirements on money that has been lost in its entirety is extremely negative for players, so I felt I should make this review to highlight it for other unsuspecting players.
