No response from customer services - poor service
Delivery was good and well timed. I was unhappy with the purchase and wanted to return but have had no response from the customer services at all. They say they will respond within 24-48 hours but despite chasing still no response.

You did not email to inform us that your item was missing or had not arrived. Instead you sent a threatening email. We are always more than happy to investigate or send our replacements if items have not arrived.
Super quick delivery
Super quick delivery, like, next day! And I didn’t even select next day postage. So impressed with the little samples that are ideal for travel that I ordered three more. :)

FAKE
I ordered a 10ml sample of Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry and was totally disappointed as it doesn’t smell the same and it smell disappeared after a minute. It’s definitely fake and I wasted my money. Will never order from here again.

It is a shame that you have not contacted us directly as we are always happy to refund or replace items if you are not happy with the quality.
Great idea
A great way to choose a perfume/aftershave before shelling out potentially hundreds of pounds on something you find doesn’t suit you after an hour or so. The samples arrived quickly and the range of samples is impressive. I will be using again in the near future

Glad you liked it!
Advertising is very misleading
Advertising is very misleading , I purchased what I thought to be authentic creed Irish tweed sample, but sadly it came in a plastic sample container , with a hand written sticky label that was half peeling off and notably dis similar … needless to say , very disappointed !!!
