Great Perfumes and great prices. Easy to order. Great way to see if you like the perfume.

Absolutely shocking !! Didn’t receive what I ordered and correspondence is terrible still trying to sort it out been weeks now so don’t think it will . Never order from again avoid there are other companies

Terrible, rubbish, disappointing and pathetic. I am very upset, I bought an iterm and you guys refuse to deliver it and on the sight it says delivered to someone I have no clue about and signed by that person and nothing was delivered to my house, no not was left in my house, and when I contacted you guy, firstly it’s so difficult to get you guys, everything is machine answer and the machine knows nothing. I tried so many times to try to reach a person atleast no contact number, no contact customer service, just an email that will be replied by after 1 week and still will be the machine message. If this a scam just let me know so I know my money is gone. If is not I will like to be contacted asap and I will either like my refund or the iterm I paid for. This happened on the 6th of Dec 2023.
And it was my first time buying with you guys and you guys really let me down and you asking me to give you my experience, well now up to it. Let see if anymore will reply to this or not.

The previous 10ml sample of baccarat rouge was strong but 50ml sample was weaker not sure if it had been diluted

Fake products , poor communication, I don’t recommend them

I think this is a great idea as you get a good opportunity to try out such expensive brands at an affordable price.

Fake perfumes sent. Offered refund but has not arrived yet. Have started case with PayPal.

100% FAKE !!! AVIOD AVOID AVOID

Doesn't smell anything like the oringinal Baccarat Rouge 540 and no response from customer service

Unbelievably obviously fake Jo Malone 'fragrances'. I'm disgusted that I spent £30. I bought one I purchased already to compare, but it's not even recognisable.

How can I get a refund?

I don't believe what you sent was the real fragrance, wasn't like my original 540 perfume. The return address is someone's house so clearly a total con. Won't be ordering again.

Wouldn’t recommend!!! Awful service, my bottles came leaking and not packed to protect glass, I sent an email to customer service and still haven’t had a reply!!

Poor packaging and doesn't smell anything like creed.

Everything went well with transaction, delivered on time, good product. Would recommend

Poor customer service no response to several emails
I will not be using them again

Spot on also makes it affordable to smell amazing highly recommend and will 100% use again and again

Order #4760 confirmed
