Je me suis inscrite à la formation secrétaire médicale sur 2 mois. Sur le papier ça fait rêver en réalité quelle perte de temps et d'argent. Une formation qui ne nous apprend rien du domaine du secrétariat médical. Rien sur les prises de rdv, doctolib, la carte tiers payant, les outils d'archivage. Vraiment déçue et l'impression de m'être légèrement fait arnaquer. On m'avait pourtant prévenu j'ai voulu y croire j'aurais mieux fait d'écouter les conseils de mon entourage.

They wrote a fake email to me, regarding i have 1.3…BTC on my account and i should login because my email was “changed”. Not using an app for 2 years i figured it was a scam and wrote directly to Binance. They said it was fake. They’re just a bunch of scammers from India who want to rob your hard earned money. Rather use something else to invest, not this crappy website. Would not reccomend.

Excellent platform, although is complex so errors can occur when you first use it. Expect delays after purchase, and several months to implement. They have excellent project management to support implementation but have little support to teach you about how to use the platform (eLearning courses that don't really help; too much focus on learning theory and not enough just telling you how it works). Problems experienced with first course paths, which is poor. No phone number for when course releases goes wrong.

Extensive course options through partners.

The platform works well for learning and development courses, but less well for compliance purposes. For example, you can't have a pending period (so you can just report on non-completes, not overdues). Also, it is difficult to add contractors separately from staff - as they will not be on the single sign on (SSO), so can't automatically access external material, such as from OpenSesame (which I recommend by the way). So getting the priority courses to contractors can be difficult with 360L.

In summary, an excellent platform for L&D, but much less so for compliance. And the support post implementation is very poor.

très très déçue de cette plateforme et aucune communication du service technique, que des mises à jour qui perturbe les élèves et réponse de la part de 360 Learning très longue à chaque fois voir sans retour une fois que j'ai décidé d'arrêter avec eux.
