Foy & Company Arvostelua

MY FIRST TIME SHOPPING WITH FOY'S, AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HOW IT WENT. VERY WELL WRAPPED UP AND I WAS REFUNDED FOR AN ITEM THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE IN STOCK.

Brilliant customer service and super fast delivery!

Our table was packed with great care and arrived in perfect condition. The personal note with the package was a nice touch. It’s great to be able to buy from an Irish family business and we will definitely be back

Good products with excellent price. Initial communication was poor but once first contact was made everything was good. Missing 2 small parts but again communication has now been good in terms of promising the delivery of these pieces.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase was kept updated on delivery and the scatterbox cushions are so comfortable would highly recommend

Product I'd ordered was damaged. Company got right on to me arranging for similar product of my choosing to be arranged.
Delivery was very prompt and we'll packaged and tracked all the way.
Definitely recommend

Great product. Fantastic customer service. Lou was very helpful when the product I ordered wasn't in stock she recommended an alternative. I will definitely shop here again!

Love this store and will deffo shop here again. Candlesticks I purchased had broken during delivery and without any hesitation I was offered new ones which were delivered within 2 days.

Top marks to Foy’s for a swift and efficient experience. It was my first time dealing with this family run business and I would definitely recommend them. The personal handwritten note shows that my business was appreciated- a trait sadly lacking in most companies today. I wish them continued success.

I bought a beautiful scatterbox cushion from Foys recently. It is so unique and comfortable. Customer service was very impressive, as I got a personal text to say it would be a little delayed, as was on back order. Great to see a family business doing so well.

Superb customer service here from start to finish from Martina who chased up an online order super efficiently and went out of her way to keep me updated and then Sarah Walsh who I met in the Stranorlar store who was just a master class in customer service going above and beyond to ensure I chose the right rug. I don't usually write reviews but the customer service stood out and deserves recognition - would 100% go back for the service alone

Not received item after weeks. Customer service not very helpful

Brilliant service. Also thought the handwritten note was lovely. Showed great appreciation. Will purchase from here again.

Very fast delivery and there was a hand written "Thank You" note inside.

I was kept up to date regarding delivery. My painting was very carefully wrapped and packaged well to protect it from damage.
I'm very pleased with my purchase - it looks great!

Lovely staff, a pleasure to deal with. I was contacted by Mary who advised me of the length I'd need to wait and then Laura helped ensure delivery wasn't attempted until I was actually at home. Cushions are lovely too. Thanks so much.
