Really recommend this software, I have trialled many different softwares and always struggled to get on with them, this is so easy to pick up and the support is amazing. Good variety of product and value for money.

I love this software, and the guy and gals that create the programming as well as the guys and gals that support the programming / customer support work really hard to help and work out any kinks, they're always available to help no matter what the time is. The software is constantly evolving and getting even better. Highly recommend Foyr!!

I have designed multiple interior spaces with this software. I have no clue how I could have done it without this software. It has allowed me to be creative without having to employ someone new to create designs and take renders.

Very bad customer experience. Customer representative calls constantly to Haggle you to purchase the product. I was on a elevator and my call dropped with them and went to call back the number but saw a rude text accusing me of hanging up on them but need a answer. My answer is a big fat not interested now.

MR. Ishaq from the Technical Support Team who is the one , guided and explained me so many Techniques with lot of patience on how to use the software without a small sigh of discomfort .. No longer do you have to bog down your computer and wait an hour for your render to process, without the ability to use other applications.

Neo is a game-changer in that you don't have to have the software downloaded to your computer. It takes seconds to have your work up and running and minutes to render.

It's 2022 and despite a lot of frustration from seasoned design professionals, clients want and expect to see renderings. It's not a bad thing.

With Neo, the learning curve is small and very manageable. Customer service is excellent. You don't have to have a degree in architecture to manage this program.

We are in a visual business and what better way to showcase the design to your client so they have a complete understanding of your incredible work? Revisions are easy, and scale is accurate, helping avoid costly mistakes.

I currently have a complicated design in the rainforest cantilevered off the side of a mountain in an earthquake zone, and guess what? I don't have to draw out my weird-angled pool deck and pool. Their modeling team is doing it for me!

For the things I can manage myself, Rachel's 1 on 1 meeting with me, and my constant work with Bhaskara (in customer service) has been an amazing experience and benefit to my understanding of the software. There is also a community you can ask questions and showcase your designs, and there are countless tutorials on youtube.

You don't need design clients to monetize your renderings. I simply link them to my website and social media accounts and sell furniture to whoever wants it in the USA.

First I need to give ISHAQ a big shout out!!!! Learning a new program is so difficult, especially when there is limited time to dedicate to any focused based program.
For the last 3 months I have been wanting to expand to a program that has a bit more detail and accuracy when doing complicated renderings that translates easier to both clients and contractors.

I did some research on many many MANY programs to the point where I was so overwhelmed on where to start. Once I finally narrowed it down to 3 top reviewed programs, it was time to pull some college all nighters and learn what I can during the free trial periods. Also was hoping my puffy sleepless nights wouldn't end up being a waste, but was open to the experience.

So now that the trials are all nearing to the end I have found that Foyr to be the one that I am really impressed with. I actually already presented renderings to a client.

What impressed me was having their "Touch of a Button Live Instructors" that did it. Even at 2 am they were there to help, send resource videos to navigate through a stall, and sometimes they would jump in for me to actually see it done.

The other 2 programs I did about 5 days worth and was just tired of having questions and then having to figure out how to figure out where to find answers. they also had videos, but you had to search on the problem you were having. Foyr Instructors were messaging you in the program with the exact video tutorials that were easy and quick to watch.

So just like when I was dating multiple guys at the same time, there was one that kept my attention and I learned a great deal from, and also has helped me become a better person in a such a short time. Learning a new program with 3 different companies felt the same way, and now I have found my match.
I look forward to creating many future renderings with that will help move the project along with ease.

Another good thing is I have slept. Just a few late nights, but that's because I was absorbing the knowledge my brain was so happily enjoying.

It is pretty easy to use software, renders quickly. Can do lot of customization. Very helpful eecutives to help you when needed.
Overall in love with this software and the team behind it.

All I can say is WOWWWW!!! I have been doing interior design for 34 years. During that time, I have watched my industry become more and more digital. That's when I froze! I am a creative person, an artist and designer, not a computer nerd. The software programs that younger designers were using to create these amazing photo realistic renderings, not to mention 3D fly through seemed too daunting to even consider, not easy to learn and quite costly.
My new years resolution was to bring myself current in that arena. I knew that there had to be something on the market that was user friendly yet robust 3D software that offered photorealistic rendering, 3D fly-through and an amazing library of product.
I tried Houzz Pro (which was a complete rip off) their "3D" software was not intuitive, beyond tedious, limited and very poorly designed. Their "support" was slim to none. Their attitude, shameful.
There are various and sundry other 3D internet based options that I came across, but again, they are very limited. And only email support if you're lucky enough to get an answer! Also, no phone numbers. I think they might be great if you're a computer software savvy student or aspiring interior designer with limited design needs and no support needs.
In my journey, I had the good fortune to come across Neo Foyr. As a professional interior designer that wanted a user friendly yet robust solution to 3D interiors, in my humble opinion Neo Foyr takes the cake!
I opted for a 14 day trial. I sat down with it for a few hours and BOOM! I created a fabulous room, completely custom, shoppable within their VAST and SOPHISTICATED database which I could create a FABULOUS, PROFESSIONAL 3D photo realistic render from ANY ANGLE and a 3D fly through within minutes.
My colleagues that use the difficult to master 3D software tell me to create photo realistic renders and 3D fly throughs takes HOURS!!
After creating my intial drawing, I needed one on one assistance to move forward. I had a lot of questions and wanted answers. Neo Foyr does have a great video tutorials, however, as an experiential learner, I needed and wanted to share my screen.
That's when Abdul came into the picture. He is in charge of customer satisfaction at Neo Foyr. He took it upon himself to give me over an hour of his valuable time working with me via shared screen and answered all my questions and beyond!! He was so knowledgeable, gracious and professional, not to mention an awesome teacher! He gave me enough tools to be dangerous!
The cost of a yearly membership is SO affordable and I loved the way he left the door open to emailing him and settting up future training as I needed it.
What a breath of fresh air Neo Foyr is and their NON corporate attitude of actually caring enough about their designers to invest time, HUMAN time in getting them up and running and excited about the software AND CONTINUED, AVAILABLE SUPPORT AS NEEDED.
Abdul was also very interested in creative feedback of ideas I had along the way that I would love to see offered. He also told me about some very exciting additions to the software that are upcoming in the next couple months, not to mention the ongoing upgrades and additions to the software's capabilities.
Hands down, if you're a design professional, this is your ULTIMATE user friendly 3D software that goes above and beyond in ALL ARENAS and definitely gives a competitive edge!!

It usually takes me some time to understand how to start using a software but with Neo it was a completely different story. They have an amazing Customer Success team that was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me understand all the nuances of the software. I can call myself a pro on Neo within a week. Go Neo !

Updated: Company contacted me after I disputed the charge to my credit card and advised them of negative review via chat and e-mail (there was no phone number and up to that point both chat and e-mail contacts had denied a refund).

I was asked to remove the dispute from my card, which I did not do on the advice of my credit card company (was advised that if I withdraw the dispute and company collects payment, I have no recourse if they then refuse the refund). Was told that the company can simply approve the dispute and the issue is resolved. Foyr Neo says they have approved the dispute; my card company had already credited me prior to this so I don't know if they did approve it or not.

Bottom line, it was a major hassle and I feel the high pressure sales call while trying to access a "free trial" was dishonest AND don't think I would have gotten a refund if I had not disputed the charge quickly. That is, my card company took the decision out of Foyr's hands because I filed the dispute quickly enough. Had the transaction been fully processed before the dispute, I am fairly certain I'd have lost my money.

I can't speak as to the overall usefulness of the software. It would not do the outdoor design that I needed. If you are a professional and know that this product will work for you, have at it. If you are looking to do some amateur design, it probably isn't the right product and you will have a hard time cancelling the subscription.

Original Review: While you are trying to access the "14-day free trial" (which you can't do online as far as I can tell), a rep immediately calls to "assist" you. They offer a great discount on the subscription, sign you up, and then the software doesn't work. When you try to get a refund, their policy is "no refunds". So much for the "free trial". I started trying to cancel 2 days in because the product does not do what it states.
