great customer service. I had made a mistake and not cancelled in time (by just 2 days) - the team were able to cancel and delete my account and give a full refund when I explained that we had made a mistake due to difficult circumstances

It usually takes me some time to understand how to start using a software but with Neo it was a completely different story. They have an amazing Customer Success team that was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me understand all the nuances of the software. I can call myself a pro on Neo within a week. Go Neo !

UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly, a SCAM. I decided to try them out for a small project, and it was okay, but there were some learning curves, and also, having to keep purchasing credits was annoying. I canceled my subscription, and they kept trying to charge me. I sent an email explaining that I was canceling my subscription, and now they keep spamming my email and phone asking for feedback. It's been about 2 months since I canceled, I've tried to tell them to stop contacting me, and I've blocked email. Now they have been harassing my phone.

I absolutely love this software!! As a commerical UK based designer I have been using Neo Foyr for just over a year and have found it to be a great package that provides everything I need at an affordable price.

Customer relations is amazing and very responsive, be it a query on my account, advice on using the software or help with modelling products Neo Foyr have proven to provide excellent ongoing care.

I have just increased my package to premium and purchased the Mood Board package renewing for another year.

Great product (though understand that rendering-based cloud products can be slow at times). Great Customer Success team (Noemi Olalo has been consistent, excellent contact). Product is powerful but not for someone without time to practice it a bit. Be careful that you are signing up for a subscription and need to meet with them before canceling if you decide to ever cancel. (not hard to do, just requires a quick meeting so they can gather user feedback)

I have been using Foyr for a few months now, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. The software is incredibly intuitive, and I was able to get up to speed and running with it in no time.

One of the things that I love about this software is how versatile it is. It supports a wide range of file formats and the 2D and 3D modeling is very clear.

Noemi Olalo has given me several tutorials and resources available online that have been invaluable. She is patient and clear with her instruction and her classes always give me the ability to produce improved designs.

Great Company!!!! The help that I have received is SUPER!!! The teacher I had Noemi has been so patient and kind. Makes sure I understand and really wants me to learn. There is not many companies that would take the time for a person like that. I love what is being shown and my plans and my designs are coming alive. It is a great program to have and I am so happy I renewed my contract with them. I highly recommend this to designers, builders.

I am a recent purchaser, and I am sorry to tell you that I can't give Neo more than 1 star. Here's an outline of my experience: 1) I've reported defects, but they have not been resolved. For example, the ruler functions don't work properly, and they are critical. 2) There is no written documentation on the product - to learn it you use 'master classes'. An experienced user will help you learn the software during Google Meet session. These are limited to 1 hour and require scheduling your time and their time, limiting your progress. The person assigned to me disappeared - stopped showing up on line. 3) The tool set is NOT intuitive. I was able to learn to design a kitchen, but I'm retired and have time to practice. 4) After several master classes, I don't know how every thing works, again due to the fact there is no documentation or tutorial. 5) The use of YouTube for training is awful. Some of the vids are for a prior version. 6) Now I have to do another design, but I'm concerned about investing time again because of the bugs I reported. I could go on, but you get the idea - it's not easy to learn, and there are serious bugs with the tools. 7) Neo sent me a welcome email and it stated they had tech support 24x7, but when I tried to reach TS via their Chat tool, they were all off line - so no tech support. So, I can't recommend this to anyone. 8) They offer 2 weeks of free time before they bill you, but with all of the issues, you can't actually learn this in 2 weeks.

Unlike, many design programs this one is intuitive and easy to learn. The range of functions is impressive and the renderings life-like. Well worth the money as a tool of presentation to your clients.

I am an interior designer, and it’s very important for me to be able to show my design vision to my clients.
Being able to provide a rendering that is so realistic a picture of how the space will look before a remodel happens can saves time and money for my clients and having the right tools makes a big difference.
I’ve been with Foyer for a couple of years and the tools they provide for my business helps me be more successful and makes it easier to complete and show my visions to my future clients. Not only the tools- software but the staff as well with their technical support when I needed. If you are in need of services like the ones I mentioned above, Foyer would be a great choice. I would highly recommend them. The software is very easy to use.

3d walk around feature is great however getting a design produced quickly and accurately is very difficult and time consuming. Not enough pre-made kitchen unit models that suit the UK market. Gone over to Articad

This tool is unfortunately really slow. I love that it makes creating floor plans and renderings easier than bigger more advanced softwares but gosh it’s just slow slow slow. I slog through every project. I do love that I can see a space visually. That really helps. But for instance when I build a floor plan I have to refresh the page every time I want to actually select a wall to adjust even if I’m on the wall tool. So some of the usability just doesn’t make sense to me. I also wish there were more products in the library. But I can usually make do enough with that’s there. For the amount that I use it it’s not totally worth it but hoping to try and create more renderings so that I can feel like I’m getting value—again it’s just so slow 😩

I love this software. I just wish that I could use it on my iPad. To use when I am in consultations with clients.

I started my interior design business the beginning of 2022 and decided to sign up for Foyr because their pricing was reasonable for a small new business. So far I have learned the software really fast by continuously playing around with it and have learned how to build a lot of my own products in the software. I had to revert to building my own things on some occasions as Foyr charges quite a bit to pull in a product for them to make into 3D for you. I understand it is a business for them to make money but $50 for them to build something for you when the yearly fee is $500 just doesn't make sense to me. That is the reason for my 4 star review.

Foyr Neo is a scam :) I was using Foyr Neo for several months, wanted to switch to sketchup and other renderer as it is a lot cheaper and more efficient for my work. I had more than 70 render credits remaining and once I wanted to cancel my subscription, I was told I will lose all my credits (already paid for) and will lose all my projects. DO NOT USE FOYR NEO!!!

I have been using Foyr for close to 3 years. Its a game changer. The super realistic rendering sells my work and clients love it and it give me the advantage of selling my ideas.

I absolutely love this software. I've been using Foyr for just under 3 years since mid 2020, and the program has evolved to be super user friendly, while producing beautiful lightning fast 4K renders.

Help, training and tips are always readily available, and there's a supportive community of designers and developers to help you along the way!

This site has to have fake reviews. Not easy to use. And they make it very difficult to cancel if not impossible. I am kicking it back on my credit card.
