Last minute needs for storage met and expectations exceeded.
Having come to a sudden need of storage options, I frantically googled local facilities (as is the way) i looked at a few places with units too small or way too expensive and then found fox.
I visited the site to judge the size and it was perfect for my needs.
Vincent, the attendee of the day, was super helpful and even got me a great deal on an smaller overflow unit when my needs changed for a second time in the same day! Great service, location is perfect for us and well priced. Thank you!

I have been coming to fox storage for around 7 years and this is this reason I’ve stayed with them! Also it’s a nice dry building and an easy to access space.
I was a bit unhappy with the change to the end of contract (before you could end it and not have to pay the whole month) apart from this there’s no complaints!

Hiring storage space with Fox was easy…
Hiring storage space with Fox was easy from start to finish. Even though they didn't have the Sq footage I wanted they accommodated me with 2 units side by side. Always friendly and helpful whenever I visited the site, which was clean and tidy inside and out. When I moved away from the area there was no hidden fees, just a thank you for the custom and a prompt refund of money that was outstanding.
I would definitely recommend Fox Self Storage, Newport to anyone looking for that bit of extra storage space.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. My stored belongings were secure and the whole unit is kept safe and secure. Pricing was fair and in line with other storage units in the area. Access to the unit is only during staffed days (Mon-Sat.), but that suited me and I welcomed the rest on Sundays. I’m content with the way they handled any requests or issues I raised. Highly recommend and would use again.
