Fountains.com Arvostelua

I am happy to leave this absolutely terrible review of Fountains.com.

While the fountain itself is excellent, it is widely available from other vendors so I urge you to buy elsewhere.

Customer service at Fountains.com is awful; the rep I dealt with, named Kars, was so completely unhelpful that it bordered on incompetence. The manager would not reply to my very reasonable request for assistance. In addition, communication from them was so poor that my 500+lb fountain showed up for delivery with absolutely no advance notice from Fountains.com.

Take my.advice and buy your fountain from a company other than Fountains.com!

Ordered a custom metal fountain for my client. Amazing customer service and the price was great. They were helpful in providing spec sheets for my project.

Ordered a $17,000 fountain. Mistakes in manufacturing cost me hundreds more to repair. Now parts are failing after less than 2 years and they won’t help. They use poor vendors and don’t stand behind their products. Be very careful ordering from them.

Fountains.com offers an outstanding education program on fountains. Their engaging courses provide valuable insights into fountain design and maintenance. A top-notch learning experience that exceeded my expectations!

I have been enjoying my water feature from Fountains for years now, and I am impressed by its durability and low-maintenance design. The materials used are of the highest quality, ensuring that it can withstand the elements without any issues. Great work Fountains.com

I was hesitant to purchase an Artistic Fountain online, but Fountains.com made the process easy and stress-free. The fountain arrived in perfect condition and looks even better in person than it did online. The craftsmanship is impressive and it's clear that a lot of attention to detail went into its design. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Fountains.com to anyone in the market for a high-quality fountain.

I spent a little over 30k on two reflection pool fountains that have never worked correctly yet. Have been though serval lighting issues trying to get the two to sync and work together and now the pump is out on one of them that's only a few months old. They sell for top dollar but use cheap parts

This was an absolutely wonderful experience, all around. The fountain is beautiful, and Bob makes sure you’re prepared for delivery with specific inspection instructions. Bob went above and beyond to help resolve any issues along the way. Great business and beautiful fountains!!!!

Received excellent service in terms of timeliness to my inquiries and follow-up customer service. Definitely recommend this company for attentive customer service and competitive pricing. Thanks Bob!
