I have no choice but to leave a negative review here as it seems to be a quicker way to get a response.
In a nut shell, I received a Barcelona Home Shirt with no sponsor on, which I wasn’t make aware of nor shown in the photo. I felt cheated.
I ordered a Barcelona home shirt with Aitana printing on 26/11(order number #13208), waited for a week for it to arrive, which is understandable as it was Black Friday. However, the shirt has no sponsor on it. Surprisingly, it has a championship badge on it which I didn’t order. I thought it was a wrong order so I emailed them straight away. It took them 1 week to reply.
They said “Due to the late change in sponsor logo, the brand have confirmed that this will be how they are produced until 2025.”
I am aware that Barcelona has changed the sponsor logo, but I wasn’t told that my shirt has no sponsor logo on it. I went on Nike’s website and on their website, there are 2 options for the home shirt. Each of them has indicated clearly whether it has the sponsor logo on or not. When I placed the order on your website, I was expecting to receive a shirt that is exactly the same as the picture. I was never made aware that no sponsor logo would be printed on the shirt. If I knew it, I wouldn’t have purchased it in the first place.
It is a complete dishonesty to the customers.
I am also given a championship badge which I didn’t order, I am not sure if the company is trying to use that as a compensation? If so, I feel really sorry to those who have ordered the badge with an extra cost.
I replied to them on 13, and sent another email on 16, still has no response.

absolutely love Foudys! my sister and I often order from them and are always impressed with the speed and quality of orders! There has been a couple of times we've had a problem with an order but they've been swift to respond to any queries and go out of their way to ensure we're happy!

Do not order from this company. After ordering something from them in August and chasing them several times (no response) for over a month the item arrived (In the meantime I had requested a refund - as placed the order somewhere else). I returned the item as agreed with their customer service , only to be charged again in December. I have emailed them several times to no response and now and out of pocket for nearly £100 and have nothing to show for it. Really hate putting such a bad review on a small company’s site .

Just found this company few months ago and I already purchased with them a few times. Every time the goods arrive within a few days. Bought the Barça bundle and mystery box, received exactly what I wanted and really happy about the products. Excellent service! Keep it up!

I bought a jersey 4 months ago and the package has still not arrived never buying from them again

I’ve placed an order on the 22nd of November which will soon be coming up to 2 weeks ago I emailed saying I need this order before the 8th December for a gift you guys said you will get back to me which you didn’t emailed again a few days later I got no reply so I emailed again and I got a reply it should be sent today which on my order tracking it just says the order is placed ?? But then I see some people placed their order on Black Friday and already got the order which is questionable?? I’ve stated I need this rest to assure I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

The service is unbelievable! Ordered a mystery box and received it 2 days later, the personalisation that goes into the products from the actual shirts to the packaging is next to none and something I don’t feel I’ve experienced anywhere else and as an England fan getting a Lucy Bronze Euro shirt just topped it off 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Really nice France 2024 away shirt in my premium mystery box, love the patches. Packaged well and also received a nice poem and Barcelona fixture list. Got a t-shirt (no idea what it’s meant to represent!) that looks fab but didn’t receive any Haribos 😭😭😉😝. (Thanks Helen for your response, I don’t really mind, but it is 100% the most important part of the box 😉!!) Great concept and excited for next year’s mystery box edition. Looking forward to them hopefully offering more variety of namesets in the next few years. Instagram and TikTok content keeps me interested in how their business runs and we get Lives and great email responses from the lovely employees who work there (shoutout Arbon and Laura). I would love that BTS please Helen, I find it fascinating. I need more videos of nameset and patch application please, I am ADDICTED 😍. Delivery times and email responses are far quicker now compared to my last review a month ago. I have placed around 10 orders from them in the last year, only found out about them in Sep 23 - Foudys are the best in the business, only people who properly care for women’s football

The mystery boxes are always great - I received a McCabe shirt in the pride font - and an extra T-shirt thrown in! And always great customer service, will definitely shop here again for Woman’s football shirts!!

Where it used to take 2-3 weeks for an order to be dispatched mine was dispatched next day!

Managed to get my daughter a Williamson top in the third shirt I tried so hard to order her a home and an away top After trying to get my daughter a home top with Russo and an away top with McCabe from the arsenal app for the order to be cancelled 3 times due to being out of stock even though I had an email to say back in stock I was so disappointed. Didn’t think I would get them in time for Xmas. So thought I would try my luck and google where to get them from. I am so delighted to have discovered this site and now have both tops ready to surprise my daughter Xmas day. She wants the whole team so at least now I can tell her about this site and not have to wait for them on the arsenal app for her to spend her Xmas money on. They are great quality with the printing and patches and arrived super quick. I now know where my daughter will be spending all her money and mine. Thank you so much foudys
