Half my photos arrived, with most of the picture cut out. When I contacted foto store about this, I have yet to receive a response back from them. Poor communication and poor photos

Print was good quality but frame was extremely flimsy given the price. You could have pulled it apart with little effort and it looked cheap. It was wrapped well with shrink wrap but then just arrived... Näytä lisää

Delivery can take up to 5 working days. Today is the 5th working day as you ordered on the 12th which was a Saturday.
If it does not arrive today by An Post please email me again and we will give you an option of a reprint or refund.

Would recommend to a friend , the website is very user friendly. Not a huge selection of frames on the website but the frame I received is good quality .it only took a few minutes to complete my order . was delighted with my frame picture and the delivery time was very quick. The framed picture came well wrapped and protected. I never received an email to inform me my order is being delivered with expected arrival day which I have got on other sites but that a very small thing , otherwise great service to use

Photo very yellow in tone at one side compared to the original. Was told that photos always come out darker. Plastic not glass in frame.. definitely will NOT order again

Selecting the sizes and types of prints I required was easily done using Foto Store. The cost of prints is great value in my opinion. My prints arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered them... Great service!
