Foscam US Arvostelua 320

I have cameras from Foscam that are about 8 years old and still work. I purchased the newer style cameras, it is a two pack that have the light, siren, and they track. One of the cameras night vision doesn't work. I don't believe it has ever worked but unfortunately I didn't return it and the warranty has expired. I recently purchased the black model, that tracks, and has everything possible on it. It constantly freezes and drops connection. It does this both through my phone and NVR. Only 1 out of the 3 cameras have decent clarity. The customer service isn't so great because you have to email them then wait for a response which usually takes some time before a reply, I would guess because of the time difference. I'm in Eastern Time Zone, the cameras have always been off by one hour. Even my older cameras were off by one hour, you'd think after all of these years that would be corrected. I will not be purchasing Foscam again.

Foscam cameras are affordable, easy to set up, and the picture is crystal clear. We have 4 of them set up now and are very pleased with them. Three of the cameras are outdoor and one is indoor. As an extra bonus the app to control them is free and very easy to use.

I paid extra to get the camera in 2 days but did not get it for 3 or 4 days.

The camera is nice but I cannot seem to set a manual IP address on it. Therefor cannot use it for my application.

Useless camera, have never been able to get it to connect via wifi, have tried 5g/2.5g, only thing it does is raise my blood pressure. Have 3 other wifi cameras that work flawlessly, tried Foscam because of the reviews…..JUNK!

1. No user manual
2. Mail can't be configuresd to work with AOL.
3. FTP doesn't work.

This is my 7th camera from Foscam. All very nice products. Deliver exactly what is expected.

Over a week went by with this representative Screwing with my Doorbell camera DBW5 after working correctly for over 3 years and after a week of contacting support she feeds me some B.S. on my camera after i changed my Password and did 2nd authorization, everything started working ok!
I've had problems with this representative before and have kept all records, She does NOT like America Or American people, Such B.S.

"Hmmm I’m not buying any of your B.S. and I’ve reported you to Foscam management directly and you have mess with my Cameras for the last time!
If you screw with my cameras one more time I promise you, you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now that I have changed my Password with 2nd Authorization all my problems went away immediate, Hmmmmm and in your email you never addressed the wrong Macs etc…. you are a POS

Foscam i will plaster this all over the internet to protect them against this Bad behavior of Nora Chan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Item and delivery date were as described.

Foscam Support was great in resolving the recording issue I had with one of my outdoor cameras. They responded to my request for support immediately and knew how to fix the problem. Nora Chau was my customer service representative and her help was greatly appreciated.

I was wondering where is my shipment. I has been more than a month, and I have not received any package, or not even a email for delivery. Please let me know what went wrong.

Easy to find my camera at a good price.

They were great, there was a mix up on the shipping address, reached out to them and was shipped a new order immediately, I could not have asked for better service.

easy set up using phone. wish it had a built in web server, like other Foscam i.p. cameras.

I purchased cloud service. While their delivery time with the access code Isn't immediate, ( I had to wait 24 hours) They come through in the end. Support is usually a 24 hr ticket time as well. (I imagine because of time differences: China vs. USA)

Super helpful and fast! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the support afterward.

Not being able to access the camera via a web page is a major step backwards for me. It is not reasonable for guests to have to load the VMS software in order to see what's on a camera.
