Ordered goals, with promised my delivery date of today. Nothing arrived and its for my sons birthday.

Been in the queue for their customer services team for over an hour and still no answer. I now understand why they advertise as open until midnight, as it takes all day for them to answer the phones!

Very very very poor customer services and clearly don't invest in experience.

I completed a link for discount it would not accept the larger offer
Quite complicated and I’m a regular computer user eventually went back and accepted lower discount

you receive my money of order from my account but until now I am not yet getting a confirmation number

Products are good. Price point very good. Sales process/experience poor- x3 web enquiries no answer, x2 phone calls to sales team in Que for 45mins get through then hang up without speaking to anyone. Perhaps if sales process was better the wouldn’t need to heavily discount products. Still to recieve product so not sure on delivery process or customer services.

Easy to navigate, great prices, I can always find the gear I need.

Net arrived quickly but is quite big for the goal even though it’s the correct size and the balls keep going through the holes! Thought it would be ok for size 1 balls in the garden but sadly not.

I’m still have not received the goal I ordered 16 days ago, despite paying for 2-4 days delivery!

Easy to order equipment and lots of good choices. We will have to wait and see on how long it takes to receive everything!

This is a long time coming. I bought a bunch of football kit for my son for his birthday last November including a net with pegs and straps, a small pop-up net, and various other bits. I made a mistake on my order and wanted to upgrade the straps that fix the net to the bars.
It was a Saturday with the son's birthday coming early in the next week. I called. No only did someone answer, but she was friendly and helpful and spoke English natively so we could understand each other. Within minutes she had adjusted my order in time for despatch the same day.
Absolutely BRILLIANT service. I will go there exclusively for football needs going forward.

Very slow website. Paying process is extra slow, and refused my credit card payment multiple times, different cards and different devices. Only when I used Apple Pay did it work. Obtaining a proper tax invoice is also not easy.
