Simple easy to use everything was straight forward

Shocking service - placed 2 separate orders, both for next day delivery before 12pm. The first time could have been an honest oversight, but following another order a couple of days later, the same happened.

Neither turned up next day. Getting through to customer services was nearly 2 hours on the phone.

Avoid Forza, Networld or choose another reliable brand, with competent staff and a fully staffed customer service team.

Both deliveries were with different couriers, Networld are quite happy to offer next day delivery, but not process and have the goods ready to leave their factory on time to achieve it!

Although the shipping is high, the discounted prices are some of the best ones I’ve seen compared to other sites and stores. What motivated me to buy was the bulk in soccer balls and the coupon offered.

Ordered my goal on Tuesday evening and paid extra for next day delivery. It’s now Thursday evening and there’s been no sign of it! I haven’t even been sent tracking info, suggesting it’s not even been dispatched. You can’t get hold of them on the phone and when you fill in the online form you get a message saying ‘website down’, surprise surprise. So at this moment in time I can only assume I’ve been scammed.

I wasn’t a fan of how to fill out my order! It was a bit weird compared with other online ordering. Also the shipping charge seems high and one delivery date given was the 4th and when order was placed it was then the 9th! It will be late for my grandson’s birthday. Hoping the soccer goal nets are good quality.

I ordered two items - bag of balls and a bench. The bench was put together wrong and it’s too small. I’m trying to return it, but I’m getting NO responses at all.

+ They just got back to me after a week. Adjusted review accordingly.

BTW - the balls are a GREAT Value for coaches and I’d recommend them.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over 30 minutes so far in a queue to track down our order which I paid next day delivery for and didn't arrive. Tracking shows nothing has not been updated and no one picks up the phone to help. Now wasted a day waiting in not knowing if it's going to turn up.

I love the quality from Forza. Their customer service is great and will stand by their products. The only thing that sucks is the shipping costs, otherwise I'd probably buy from them more frequently.
