I paid for next day 12pm delivery on…

I paid for next day 12pm delivery on the 16th of may and its all now the 18th of may and I Still haven't got either delivery. I have asked for a refund for my next day delivery and again still no word from your company. Shocker there hey .

Inconvenient and Frustrating

Shipping out of the country is much slower than advertised. Not worth the extra cost. You also cannot change the delivery address. I had to reorder my entire order just so I could get my items at the correct address.

Becoming a Devotee to Forza

So easy and intuitive to order. Items as described, if not better. The soccer training products really are above average quality and priced very fair--shipping has also been prompt. Rare in this day and age. Becoming a devotee to brand.

Avoid this company

I had a very poor experience with Forza. My first order was not delivered, and I was unable to get through to customer service despite calling five times, with each wait time exceeding 30 minutes. I also submitted two online queries but received no timely response.
Due to the urgency of a charity event, I had to place a second order. Although this order was delivered, it contained the wrong items. When I finally managed to speak with someone, I was told that the original items were out of stock—even though they were still available to order on the website.
I was then informed that an alternative (different coloured goalkeeper gloves) had been sent, but only one item arrived instead of the two I ordered. This meant I had to go through the lengthy call process yet again.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, with poor communication and order handling throughout. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
