ES UNA ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA.
Vendian una mochila por 9,99 €. La pedí y me piden rellenar el alta en la página y luego me pasan a la pasarela de pago. Una vez completado el pago la página se corto y recibo un correo diciendome que complete el pago.
Tras comprobar que el cargo del banco esta en la cuenta les escribo y tras cuatro correos me dicen que el pago que he realizado espara cubrir la "membresia" y que no tienen ningún pedido a mi nombre.
Pero aqui no acaba lo gracioso, entro en la página para ver que es cierto y 1º no estoy de alta como cliente y 2º no venden la mochila de instagran en la página, solo hay artículo de disfraces y adornos navideños.
Conclusión te cobran 9,99 € supuestamente por hacerte cliente y además no te sirve para nada, todo lo que venden es carísimo y te cobran 16 € de gastos de envío.

Se ha puesto en contacto por correo y me ofrecen el reembolso de la cantidad cobrada por ser un malentendido.
Quedo a la espera de ver que la devolución se realiza.

Sigo esperando la devolución. Lo único que hacen es enviarme correos comunicandome el inicio de la devolución "SI PONGO 5 ESTRELLAS EN MI COMENTARIO Y HAGO CONSTAR LO BUENOS QUE SON Y ADEMAS LES DOY LAS GRACIAS". Ni que decir tiene que no es mas que una tomadura de pelo, se estan cachondeando materialmente de mi comentario. Una devolución de dinero no tarda 20 días en tramitarse. Se pueden quedar con el dinero ESTAFADO, pero que todo el mundo pueda conocer que NO DEBEN DE COMPRARLES, SON UNOS CARADURAS ESTAFADORES.

Dopo una iscrizione involontaria e un successivo addebito non voluto sono stato contattato dal supporto con proposta di rimborso che puntualmente è arrivato nel giro di pochi giorni il che dimostra la serietà dell'azienda.

These are scammers. Unauthorized debits from account occur several times a day. In response to my demand to immediately cancel my membership and return the money, the amount was immediately debited from my account again. Allegedly for canceling membership.
