Fornex blocked my affiliate account without any grounds after approximately 1.5 to 2 years, before I requested the first payout from the referral system. As soon as I requested the payout, the account was unexpectedly blocked under the pretext of suspected self-referral activity.

I provided all possible evidence that the accounts are different, with different IPs and payment details, but my explanations were ignored. In response, I only received formal replies asking for chat screenshots, which I do not have.

I do not recommend working with Fornex. In my subjective opinion, the company engages in fraudulent practices to avoid paying out money.

I added 1 point for the fast tech support. They always respond within 5-10 minutes.

I hope Santa Claus brings them coal for this kind of behavior. :)

I subscribed to VPN servers 4 month ago, and after a while I regretted it a lot. Not only is half of the 200 megabits eaten up (it has always been like this), but technical support also does not want to help with the connection.
First things first:
Cut speed. I previously had another hosting, where the server was also in Switzerland. The package of losses, I did not have a strong speed cut. For comparison, I downloaded one of the free VPNs for Switzerland, everything is fine there in this regard. This problem literally from the very beginning of how I purchased a subscription. I tried every possible protocol.
Technical support. Technical support is there just for show. I wanted to connect via the IKEv2 protocol on all devices. On Apple devices there are ready-made configs, this is a huge plus. But on Android nothing. I write to support that I need native support, which is in Android itself, they recommend StrongSwan to me. Attention, NATIVE PROTOCOL SUPPORT, and they recommend a THIRD-PARTY application. Instead of solving the problem (which was simply to give me an IPsec from the server and I myself would be able to connect to hyperos) they decided to simply avoid the problem in this way.
Disconnection. This problem started only recently. The point is that I connect through V2Box via Vless to the VPN and it disconnects me. Sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after half a minute. There can be active devices with the VPN, this is the one from which I log in.
Telegram. But I can still highlight a good plus. There is a proxy for telegram. I have not seen anything like this anywhere else, it could have become a killer feature if not for the above.

Honestly, without exaggeration, this is the worst experience with a VPN that I have had. I have never had this happen before, that I paid for something, and wait until it ends as soon as possible to switch to another hosting.

Unfortunately, they have some customer support staff who don't speak English well, don't explain things well and instead send confusing, cryptic messages.
They also have some staff who are great, but they are in minority. Most of the customer support staff are unprofessional and borderline rude. If they were trained to communicate better issues would be resolved in half of the time they take now.

I'm based in Europe, so having a data center in Germany was a big plus for me. Fornex's network is fast and reliable, and I've seen a significant improvement in my website's loading times.

This company encourages and also gladly hosts fraudulent and scam websites. Do not host your websites on this platform! I have emailed them about a clear case of a scam website hosted on their platform and they just don't care.

I recently migrated my site from another host and received excellent assistance from their support team. Fast 24/7 support made the transition seamless!

Very bad hosting provider! I do not recommend their services.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hosting. They promise everything when you buy it. As a result, even 2 sites don't work. Although it is stated that the speed is unlimited, the number of databases can be created infinitely, the space is 100 thousand GB. As a result, 1 site barely works and it is not a store.

I will say follow: The hosting worked well for a one & half year without any problems. But suddenly the sites stopped working, when I contacted support they tell me that the processor was loaded at 100%.. and you can for example switch to another improved tariff!

I confirm, I didn’t change anything, I didn’t advertise my site, where could the load come from?! Answer: We don’t know anything, it’s your fault, the answer I got! Well, this is clearly just a push to raise the tariff, they want you to pay more.. So I don’t recommend this provider!

You will have to wait a very long time for technical support.
They blocked my site without a valid reason.
On the order page they promise normal technical support, but in reality they do nothing.
Such an impression that this is not a company, but a group of schoolchildren who do not understand anything in business.

I'll start by saying that I was a customer of Fornex for several years. For these few years, I have invested in the company more than 300 euros in the form of orders. I have always paid for my services on time and have not abused the trust of the company.

It all started when my personal website was blacklisted in Spamhaus. There was no reason for it. It was just that a malicious person had sent several fake SPAM reports about my personal website. All the reports were false. In the last 12 months, only 7 emails were sent from my personal website, and all of them were to my personal email address. I explained this to Spamhaus and they were understanding, understood that my personal website does not send SPAM and unlisted the website domain. This process took 2-3 days.

During this time I explained the situation to Fornex in detail and asked them to be patient. They blocked my personal website's hosting service and gave me 24 hours to resolve the Spamhaus listing issue. I asked for a few days, but they didn't give me. After 2-3 days the problem was solved and my website domain was unlisted. I told them that. However, they did not unblock my hosting service. They told me to find another hosting provider. They also said that the other services and domains I had with them should be moved as well. This was even stranger since they had no connection to the problem.

Then after moving all my services away from them, I requested my profile to be deleted along with all user and personal information citing GDPR.

First they lied to me that my account was deleted. My account was just disabled. When I tried to log into their system I saw a message like this.

Then a guy from their team named Ivan Savvin explained to me that they don't keep my personal information. And then without asking me, they changed my email address. They changed it by including an offensive word and a swear word ("pidor").

This is completely absurd, unprofessional and offensive to me. This is a mockery.

Even stranger was that the email I received started with "Dear Ilian". After reading this I'm convinced that they didn't really delete my personal data, they just deactivated my account. If they had indeed deleted my personal data as they claimed, then how does their system know my name?

This company Fornex abuses the trust of users. It's not enough that they made me move so many services to another location that made me uncomfortable. Also, they still keep my personal data and lie to me that they have deleted it. And finally, they change part of my user data (my email address) by adding insulting words and swearing to it.

This company Fornex does not follow the European Union regulation for the protection of personal data! Fornex should be fined and my personal data to be deleted! How is it possible for a European company to do this? I am ready to provide more information, emails and screenshots to prove my claims.

The quality of customer support has changed drastically. Can`t move a domain from one order to another. The ticket is opened for 3 days, 3 support agents has changed and so simple request can not be executed properly. Now they push from one agent to another without any meaningfull feedback. Have always been happy about using this service, but now it`s definitely a no go.
