I tried to order some lunchboxes for my children, and somehow during that process I accidentally signed up for a subscription and have been emailing and talking on their online chat.
Whilst complaining, they took another £7.49 as a cancellation fee and will only refund half of the £40 odd charge they took from me!

Trato excelente, muy recomendable.

Was able to get my money back from this company, they have said they would give back any money paid, the company was really understanding.

No issues or negatives with the company good communication but I chose to cancel my account prior to purchasing anything .The company was understanding and if its for you then I would give this online company a go .I have been offered a refund of my fees as a good will gesture which is a positive from this company and I'm looking forward to receiving same .I will update Trust pilot re this at a later date once funds are back in my bank acc .

When I realised that a subscription had been taken out in my name without my knowing I was very worried stressed and upset. But upon contacting the companies especially Sama and her team they could not have been more helpful and supportive. They immediately agreed to cancelling the subscription and to reimburse me the funds taken. It was a huge relief and I am very grateful.
