Professional outcomes every time - [Support #24]) il quale ha preso in carico la mia posizione, che è stata annullata la mia iscrizione e assicurandomi che mi saranno restituiti tutti gli importi prelevati automaticamente dalla mia carta di credito. Spero che il rimborso avvenga nei tempi dichiarati altrimenti sarò costretto a procedere con una denuncia alla polizia postale per frode.

From the initial advertisement, it was not clear what exactly your company provides, and I am still unsure about the nature of your services or products.

To make matters worse, during the transaction, I noticed that almost R180 was deducted from my account without clear communication regarding what I was being charged for. This unexpected charge feels misleading, and I am now questioning whether I was misled into making a purchase I did not fully understand.

I urge your company to provide clearer descriptions of your services and pricing to avoid such confusion in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate an immediate explanation of the charge and a resolution to this issue.

Ordered garden storage box off a website, filled out all details and payment made. Email came them saying id paid for a membership for this joker company! I contacted them and chatted to Paul mazur. He said he knew nothing about the storage box, I’d paid for membership and it was non refundable! After telling him I was reporting everything to action fraud, he sent message saying refund sent! (We’ll see) I then asked for a copy of their complaints procedure and he just played dumb! Sent a message saying have a nice day and he cut the chat 🤬
I have been emailed by them to take down this review but I will not. This is what trustpilot is for, exposing fraudulent companies. They say I agreed bla bla bla and paid for a subscription with them, I have never even entered their website willingly, they only showed up on my screen after I paid for the item I was trying to purchase!
