Ik bestelde op 9 juni voor 80 euro klei; ik kreeg vrij snel een mail dat de levering 'iets' langer zou duren. Daar ging ik mee akkoord. Het is nu bijna augustus en ik hen nog niks ontvangen. Ik krijg telkens van iemand anders mails met verschillende excuses en redenen van het uitstel. Ik zou niemand aanraden hier zaken mee te doen.

Order 2 and half weeks ago, did not received any confirmation of order ( but my paiement was accepted). Got them on the telephone once, sent them all informations they wanted, haven’t heard of them ever since.
They are the only reseller of smooth on in France, i would rather not have to order trough them again if possible

buenas, he comprado una resina de uretano de alto precio Smooth-Cast™ 385 series.
resulta que a pesar de que esta marca no me había decepcionado con otros porductos, en esta ocasión no recomendaría esta resina a nadie.
el caso ha sido con el molde de una rana, de 12 cm de largo. la resina es tan densa que primero, no fluye casi nada, por su densidad y porque a pesar de que te dice que tienes 20 min de trabajo en realidad no llega a 5 antes de que la resina esté tan densa que no fluya libremente, tapando dentro del mode todo tipo de pasos estrechos (patas, dedos , colas, )en el molde y dejando además en la superficie miles de burbujas al no tener tiempo ni fluidez para salir.
solo recomendaría esta resina para moldes casi lisos, sin detalles y de muy pequeño tamaño.
El resultado, al no anunciar estas desventajas del producto en la web, he literalmente tirado el dinero y el tiempo en varias piezas. La tienda o el distribuidor no se hacen responsables porque segun el numero de lote,no han habido problemas. esto se ha comprobado porque realmente creía que la resina estaba defectuosa a o caducada al ver resultados tan pésimos.

Il 5 marzo ho fatto un ordine per 12 kg di wed clay. Prodotto ricevuto in tempi ragionevoli. Spese di spedizione parecchio alte cmq non è la prima volta che faccio degli ordini.
La wed clay arrivata è piena di muffa o funghi, piena di macchie scure (non è aria). Non è utilizzabile.Non l'ho aperta e ho inviato subito il 13.03 una mail con le foto della wed clay rovinata e chiesto il reso. Nessuna risposta. Scrivo un'altra mail, scrivo nella chat privata dei social e sotto un post. Mi rispondono con mail il 19/03 (6gg dopo) scusandosi e dicendo di aver contattato il produttore e che mi avrebbero fatto il rimborso. Oggi 02 aprile non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Ho riscritto ieri un'altra mail per chiedere come fare il reso. Nessuna risposta. Davvero deluso.

Awesome company, definitely will use them again. Ordered Monster Clay late at night Monday, order confirmed Tuesday, shipping ordered Wednesday and clay arrived in Denmark at my door on Friday. A whole three days before expected arrival.

They sold me rusty, unevenly polished and fractured spatulas. Straight and smooth side of the spatula is so thin that it bends when trying to move even the softest clay and together with it's nonsensical shape it renders those tools literally unusable. Clearly made by someone who has no idea about neither sculpting nor sculpting tools. With insane pricing of 6.5€ per single tool and almost 28€ of shipping costs (for Croatia which is part of Schengen agreement) I would recommend this shop only if it's your last resort.

I own a silicone cosplay mask that got a tear.
I found FormX trough the american vendor of the one product to repair it with.
I found that they had all I needed for the repair plus alot more stuff for my cosplay.
one thing I could not find, so wrote them an email - it took 7 days to get an answer, that was a bit long but the answer was precise and professional.

I ordered the goods, a bit scared if the delivery would take as long as the email answer - but I was more than positively surprised.

Packed and send the same day - estimated delivery was on the 12th of december - but I recived them today - on the 9th of december.

FormX inscrit toutes les adresses au format Pays-Bas. Les adresses françaises ne s'écrivant pas pareil, mon colis est en échec de livraison.

Aucune communication possible avec FormX, j'envoi un message, il n'y a ni accusé automatique ni réponse. Près de 130€ de perdu. Pas sérieux et escroquerie.

Produits arrivés très rapidement, l'emballage est très bien fait. Je recommande !
