Unprofessional & rude customer service
Unprofessional & rude customer service. Very disappointed with how my feedback was handled. I was disappointed with the longevity product, however, I acknowledge that there is no perfect pair of work pants. I purchased 4 pairs of FB-2 (now called "P2 NDUR") work pants, and all failed within 50 usage days (two pairs with rear pocket splits, one pair with a front split, and one pair with both rear pocket and front splits). This in itself was not a major, but how it was responded to from the staff at Form was terrible. Simply visit their website and filter by lowest reviews to see how they handle feedback that doesn't suit them... "Wow, this is a tough one. so you can generally tell which way your pants are on by the fly. Is this the first time ever wearing pants?". Completely unprofessional. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
